Resumen

The irregularities presented in 2015 due to the construction of the sports venues in the city of Ibagué has been a subject of great interest and importance at the municipal and national levels, it is a situation that discredits the image of the region and the high impact that supposed to be generated in the community and in athletes is important. In order to identify the impact generated in the interest groups of the city of Ibagué due to these irregularities, this research is carried out, in this work the results achieved and the impact identified in the interest groups and in the city of Ibagué due to the irregularities presented in the construction of sports venues for the XX National Sports Games. This document gathers the results obtained in the pilot phase of the project, in the final part of the document the progress is related to the next phase that has been visualized that is broader and with more factors to consider.
