Continuous review of their processes, seeking their sustainability and growth with a focus on customer satisfaction. The Quality Management System, becomes a tool where the best known worldwide reference for quality assurance is the ISO 9000 standard and during the development of this work is based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, which will be Applied to the company CDA DIAGNOSTISUR (Center for Automotive Diagnostics), a company dedicated to the technical and mechanical technical review of automotive emissions. At present in Colombia, about 400 registered establishments in the country are active and enabled by the Ministry of Transportation, dedicated to this work (Min Transport, 2017), which becomes an imminent risk for the economic sustainability of dedicated companies to this activity due to the over offer presented. Given this panorama, the design of the quality management system under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard allows the organization to create an important competitive advantage, helping to optimize its processes and also its efficiency and effectiveness, always seeking continuous improvement.
