This work is developed based on Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019, which proposes a work plan for the implementation of the Minimum standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to the corporation “Tolima Deserves The Best Located in the city of Ibagué - Tolima ”, for compliance with regulations which is mandatory for all public and private entities; Similarly, give an assessment of occupational hazards and risks, in accordance with the GTC 45 technical tool in order to reduce accidents, illnesses and incidents that may occur in the facilities, generating possible emergencies. An annual work plan will be carried out in which activities, goals, delivery dates, resources (human, financial and technological) are established, responsible for the deliverables at the end of each activity according to the standards established in the regulations. The corporation must initiate all formalization protocols for its proper functioning; That is why the corporation establishes a process for the implementation of the minimum standards for its proper operation, and thus identify and minimize the possible risks that may be generated during the provision of the different services; The work plan was designed to fully comply with each of the items contemplated in the resolution and that have not been implemented in the corporation, therefore, an assessment of occupational hazards and risks is made and the work plan is designed.
