Resumen

The present work exposes the diagnosis of a software development organization with 20 years of experience in the Colombian national market, focusing mainly on design, manufacturing, marketing and after-sales service of software solutions for the public and private sector. The organizational diagnosis of Sinergia Technologies SAS refers to what is known as the company and the problems of the moment. for this, an endogenous and exogenous study of the company is intended, supported by the DOFA tool and the business diagnostic module (Ferro, 2012) Followed by obtaining the results of the diagnostic study and the result of the strategies in the analysis, in the elaboration of a plan of improvement of the areas in which the communication deficiencies are identified. Finally, this document contemplates the depth in one of the most common topics found in the company's diagnosis, presenting a synergy plan to SAS Sinergia Technologies that details the activities and resources necessary for a high impact change.
