This document is a business internationalization plan for Toliaseo, which contains a diagnosis of the potential for business internationalization for its two product lines, "Blanqueador Brexx" and "Liquid Soap for floors" and thus determine whether it has the capacity or not to start a process of opening in international markets, then the selection of target market, potential and contingency according to a selection matrix in which eight variables were taken into account, and were as options Ecuador, United States and Mexico respectively. Additionally, a market analysis was made for the target market in order to know its macro environment, and a detailed observation of the main competitors located in said market, comparing them with each other. Finally, a marketing proposal was prepared for the Toliaseo company to apply in the Ecuadorian market, in which it was determined that the optimal mode of entry is indirect export through an export agent of the manufacturer and conclusions and recommendations were made for the Toliaseo company.
