At present, many companies need a tool that allows them to know the state they are in, that is, to identify which are the flaws that are presented in each of their functional areas, that is why this work uses as a case of I studied Cooperativa Serviarroz Ltda., located in the city of Ibagué hoping that through a business diagnosis you can identify the situation in which you are, what problems you are going through and how you can optimize your resources through improvement plans and a marketing plan , focused on satisfying the needs and requirements of those responsible for the company. As a tool for the analysis the Business Diagnostic Module was used, created by Paula Lorena Rodríguez Ferro, in which a series of interviews for the collection of the necessary information with each one of the functional areas can be found, all the above was developed by Hernán Quintero Rodríguez and Carlos José Delgado Morales, students of the International Business Administration program at the University of Ibagué, under the guidance and direction of Francisco Javier Montoya Céspedes.
