This work carried out the market, technical, organizational and financial feasibility study of the Fruit Life business idea, which produces, and markets minimally processed sliced fruit, covered with a Nano-emulsion of omega 3 and antioxidants, in order to provide benefits to consumers through functional foods that contain essential oils and nutrients for the human body. Oils and nutrients are extracted from plants and added through nanotechnology, improving the health and quality of life of consumers. In addition, it is a fourth-range product, ready for consumption, this makes it easier for the consumer to prepare their food and saves time in their daily routine. With this business model, we want to generate an impact in areas of unemployment and boost the agricultural sector in the region, through fair and inclusive trade to contribute to the development and sustainability of the Tolima region. At the same time point to current trends, some of them are the consumption of functional foods that are beneficial to the body and that allows the consumer to improve their health and quality of life. Additionally, the product has added values such as the addition of omega 3 and the prolongation of the fruit's shelf life, which allows it to have a competitive advantage in the market.
