The development of three instruments to support research and education in psychology is intended to equip the laboratory of Psychology at the Universidad de Ibague with simulated electromechanical instruments and software for the implementation of evidence applicable in perception and reaction different stages of experimental psychology, articulating and technology and humanities. This project involves the development of a model application software, comprising a mixer color, a tachistoscope and a gauge reaction times, each one with an administrative module which defines the parameters for implementing each of the instruments and a participant module that presents images according to previously defined variables. In addition to the software, this project considered the development of an electromechanical mixer color which programmed a PIC, so that the test administrator can modify variables such as time, speed and direction of rotation of the disk color selected. Each of the tools developed fluency guarantee stimulus presentation, quality of reproduction of images both still and moving and high reliability in recording response times if as in compliance with the parameters set by the administrator in each of the exhibitions The continued availability of these tools in the laboratory enables the application of the tests at different times to patients in specific conditions (normal - relaxation, excitement - tension) allowing the practitioner to perform more complete and complex assessments of the level of the test subject's response.
