Resumen
This article explores the design and subsequent construction of a prototype for the continuous production of biogas from anaerobic digestion of waste from the central cafeteria of the University of Ibagué. The field of interest is focused on the different prototypes used to generate biogas from domestic organic solid waste, both vegetable and processed. The prototype of the pilot plant was designed with the ability to adapt the different types of sensors, at the end of construction the prototype was subjected to 3 different tests (Temperature, Recirculation, Tightness) in order to evaluate its operation in which it was determined that it is possible to maintain the desired temperature of 35 ° C in a time of 50 minutes and obtain an acceptable level of tightness.
