The majority of students start a career without being aware of the responsibility and commitment that will have to be assumed, therefore, when starting the undergraduate study of Public Accounting, the future professional should be clear about its purpose, since it will depend on great performance throughout the professional and personal career in addition to the high percentage of graduates who exercise operationally. The work became purely technical when the field of action is in decision-making aid and the work expectations of the accountant or of the entity where they work are not met, for which, mainly, the opinion of the employees was taken into account. graduates of the Public Accounting program of the last 7 years, because they could evaluate with argument the training provided and practice, therefore, weaknesses were found in both training and work performance. In conclusion, it is considered that this monograph highlighted the importance of receiving an education based on communicative competences, because they function as well as tools or strategies, such as the incorporation of business practices in the curriculum and continuous use of complete accounting software ( modules of accounting, payroll, banks, etc.) incorporated into the classroom that work hand in hand with the disposition of the student and the teacher to allow a constant interaction and an active feedback process.
