Resumen
We are currently living a historic moment at the global level, the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic in our usual contexts has changed our dynamics of interpersonal, social and economic relationships. This pandemic has brought with it multiple questions, which need to be analyzed taking into account its current impact and the repercussions it may have on the agri-food sector, both on supply and demand. At this critical point, it is imperative to guarantee possible interruptions in the food supply chains at the national level with the sole purpose of guaranteeing the supply with the required sanitary guarantees, avoiding food crises in countries that are already experiencing difficulties at the level of the food and nutrition security, and reducing the overall negative impact of the pandemic on the global economy. However, the situation could worsen as a result of logistical difficulties in supply chains, due to movement restrictions within the country, likewise, movement restrictions can prevent farmers from accessing markets and consequently provoke food waste, causing farmers not to have the possibility to sell their products or in local markets and other commercial establishments, due to their temporary closure, ending this, in a high cost of labor due to shortages personnel and the temporary cessation of production. Based on the above, this research work allows the Combeima Canyon community, the target group for observation, the possibility of improving safety in production processes, with prevention activities in the chain of contagion of Sars-cov- 2, but above all to provide them with a proposal to strengthen the marketing and distribution of their agricultural products, based on current documents, standards and reports and with academic support.
