Resumen

Improvements and maintenance alternatives are proposed, as result of the development and the use of a management, analysis, and info projection system, so it can be enforced and more efficient the lubrication program for the preventive maintenance of Cemex Transportes de Colombia, by replacing some of the data acquisition forms and manual records. As a part of the system, the information will be shown as a feedback for the user and at the same time, will be interactive. This is where, through records, analysis, processing and data validation from the system, it is allowed to study the behavior and oil consumption during additions and oil change for every fleet’s vehicle and provides enough information for making decisions by using charts, tables and the rest of the tools required by the indicator object of study. It is expected that, with the implementation of the proposals and the system as a tool, budgeted monthly expenses will reduce by at least 10% for the lubrication department.
