Resumen

With this project, it is intended to make a Proposal for a Preventive Maintenance Plan aimed at improving the productive process of coffee threshing in the company NOR.CAFÉ S.A Trilladora Gualanday. This Project starts with the preliminary visit to the plant, which aims to obtain technical information of the equipment that is installed in the production area of NOR.CAFÉ S.A. Trilladora Gualanday, to have a wide knowledge of the productive process of the threshing of coffee, locate the maintenance personnel and the various maintenance policies established in NOR.CAFÉ S.A. Trilladora Gualanday. To prepare the proposal for a preventive maintenance plan for NOR.CAFÉ S.A. Trilladora Gualanday, it is necessary to have access to the information of the equipment in regard to the technical characteristics, hours of operation, manuals of operation of the equipment, hours of stop, criticality results of each team, coding of equipment within the plant, identify which are the most critical equipment and that can bring high cost to the company in the face of a failure that originates stoppages in production.
