Resumen

This is a study based on the issue of relations between peasant women and men. From the creation of associations of product of the states of peace in their territories, through the processes of management and the evidence for the empowerment of the population to reduce the determining way of the dynamics that generates inequality and poverty in their daily lives. Based on the research project “Citizen Communication Processes for Peace in the South of Tolima” with a qualitative paradigm already through case study and the realization of participatory diagnostics of communication on community organizations, the study is carried out in the four municipalities of the south of Tolima (Ataco, Planadas, Chaparral and Rioblanco). From this study was obtained a trace of the productive organizations focused on the production and marketing of agricultural products, community media and social organizations, that demonstrate as the social organization a good practice for the construction of peace.
