dc.descriptionLa globalización de los mercados, junto con los rápidos y revolucionarios avances en las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) han permitido que muchas organizaciones a nivel mundial trabajen más allá de los límites corporativos, lo que ha provocado esfuerzos por administrar y mejorar los diferentes eslabones de la cadena de suministro. Bajo este nuevo escenario, la gestión de proyectos tradicional ha comenzado a cambiar en favor de una mayor gestión de proyectos colaborativa, centrada en el seguimiento de los procesos de negocio, con miembros del equipo de proyecto dispersos geográficamente alrededor del mundo y que no pertenecen a una misma organización, y basada en el intercambio eficiente y eficaz de información y conocimiento entre los miembros del equipo del proyecto. Muchos académicos y profesionales han estudiado diferentes aspectos de este nuevo escenario centrado en la gestión de proyectos colaborativos. Sin embargo, es apenas emergente la atención en los factores que contribuyen a la creación de relaciones colaborativas en una Cadena de Suministro Orientada por Proyectos (CSOP). Este estudio se propone emplear el modelo CCPM (Caracterización de la Colaboración en Gestión de Proyectos) propuesto por (Meisel, 2016) para caracterizar y entender, tanto las relaciones de colaboración entre los Roles de un Equipo de Proyecto (REP) como para evaluar la influencia de los factores que contribuyen a la formación de la estructura general de una red colaborativa formada por dichos miembros. Para validar los postulados propuestos en esta investigación se usó la metodología de casos de estudio y herramientas como el Análisis de Redes Sociales (ARS). Se emplearon dos tipos de enfoques: el análisis visual y descriptivo para representar y describir las principales propiedades y características de la red formada por los REP en una CSOP, así como para reconocer de forma visual subgrupos de actores que trabajan juntos (forma colaborativa) en dichas redes; el análisis estocástico de redes para hacer inferencia acerca de las implicaciones de los parámetros estructurales de dichas redes (factores endógenos) así como los efectos de los atributos nodales (factores exógenos) en la formación de una red colaborativa formada por los REP.es_CO
