Resumen
This article collects the results of a research project developed in the south east of the city of Bogotá, in the Fourth Locality of San Cristóbal, which aimed to identify the speeches and actions that members of the Network of communicators and communicators Loma Sur popular have interwoven around their socio-political, community and communicative alter formation. This experience has been led by popular activists who, since the eighties of the twentieth century, have been developing edu [alter] communicative actions that are projected as transformers of the problematic realities of the Fourth Locality and the south east of Bogotá, insofar as they register in the logic of practical knowledge, critical pedagogies and counter-hegemonic forms of re-creation of knowledge from the field of alter communication, issues that are specified in the organizational actions that are part of the daily work of the members of Loma Sur.
