The present study arises from an experience of classroom in which arose as purpose bring students to the comprehension of the quality of care of children between 0 months and 6 years of age who are in familiar environments exposed to various factors related to vulnerability. Above mentioned, was based on theoretical perspectives on child development as the attachment theory and the bioecological model proposed by Urie Bronfenbrenner (1987). For this, we had a sample composed by a Diada: beneficiary mother of a foundation that offers community dining in the city of Ibagué, and her 4-month-old daughter. The methodological design was mixed, with a quantitative phase of descriptive and qualitative scope through research-action design. As it was an academic approach, it was used with the support of the on charged teacher, the Q-sort (Maternal Behavior for Preschoolers Q-Set) instrument to measure the level of maternal sensitivity for infants and the video feedback technique, it was developed through the design of a protocol that allows to provide psychoeducation and tools to strengthen sensitive behaviors in the participating caregiver. The results showed that the caregiver is characterized by maintaining a positive attitude towards the baby needs, which may favor the emotional connection between both; however, there is a lack of strategy implementation that promote the cognitive development of the baby. Based on the foregoing, the psychoeducation focused on strengthening sensitive behaviors, hoping to impact the quality of care even when the mother is exposed to different external factors associated with the vulnerability.
