Resumen

This project, whose purpose is the design and improvement of the geriatric home "Ismael Perdomo" becoming a center for the comprehensive care of the elderly, especially those who are in a state of vulnerability in the municipality of Espinal-Tolima. As a first measure, a physical diagnosis was made of the place, a statistical diagnosis, to recognize the variables that a Dofa matrix analysis showed us, discovering what flaws, what opportunities and what problems were in the place and in the lot to intervene. Making the appropriate strategies for the adaptation of the place; after the results of investigations and observations of the place, the appropriate urban treatments and plant designs, circulating facades, visuals were carried out in accordance with the technical regulations; Thought about the characteristics of location, tradition and type of user to whom the service will be provided
