In the company Rápido Tolima SA, a diagnosis was implemented, through which it was possible to find different results related to the operation of the company from the internal factors determined as strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external factors that affect the growth of the company, to the point of disabling the provision of the service or that makes the task a little more difficult, problems that are attempted to be solved through the formulation of improvement plans, with which it is possible to establish changes in order to correct in a timely manner a process that is functioning without the necessary solvency, or otherwise discard the way in which the process is carried out to completely change this aspect, in order to offer the company opportunities to compete against other companies with greater recognition in the sector, these that manage the market according to their preference. Mainly because they have earned it. Rápido Tolima, through bad decisions in the hiring processes, maintenance-free vehicles and others, they generated that customers lost the trust achieved and gained in more than 50 years offering the service, so it is expected to establish a change from the theoretical aspect that allows to demonstrate the possibilities of the company to improve.
