Companies, regardless of their economic activity, seek stability, sustainability and profitability over time, Moblida´r SAS is no exception. The company dedicated to the manufacture, commercialization and distribution of furniture for home and office, using wood, synthetic and metallic elements, requires promptly to develop its potential, and for it they must make changes and take decisions that fortify, benefit and allow to surpass the substantial limitations that they bear at present; being this, the starting point for the accomplishment of this academic work, that must reflect of real way the possibilities and alternatives that the company has in its search in the obtaining of a sustainable, efficient, and productive growth, be in the field, regional, national or international.
