    The Colombian prison system is confronted with a problem of housing and deficit in resocialization programs, which requires urgent attention; which represents 53%.     The present study is a new alternative for the treatment of solid plastic waste through collection models that facilitate its processing and reuse. A field to apply the resolution of routing problems based on the travelling salesman. In this case, the objective is to formulate a routing model for the selective collection process of solid plastic waste in the city of Ibagué for the year 2021. In such a way as to reduce distances and time in the collection process, in addition to contributing to compliance with Resolution 1407 of 2018 implemented by the Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible. In the first instance, it is estimated that the amount of solid plastic waste generated in the city of Ibagué is approximately 52420.85 tons per year. Thus, the research is carried out by identifying implications and other considerations to define the input elements of the model. Although the study is affected by the current pandemic situation due to covid-19, the routing is developed through the use of web development tools and the use of Google Maps services. The results are presented by means of a web page where the optimal route, the necessary indications to carry it out, the distances to be covered and the estimated travel time are shown. In the same way, it is a source of information and facilitates the user's interaction with the elements provided in it. In summary, the method used promotes and boosts digital innovation with the use of API ecosystems, by adding artificial intelligence and efficiency to the collection models for waste management.

    Propuesta para la implementación de accesos peatonales cubiertos en la Universidad de Ibagué

    This work was focused on the threat that represents for the mobility of the university community inside the facilities of Universidad de Ibagué the extreme weather represented by precipitations. In that way it has been proposed as objective to define the routes that may be covered inside the institution, to conect all the facilities and minimize the total distance as well as it is done in the minimum spanning trees, by which to achieve this objective a review of the literature that allow to find the solution to this problem was carried out, finding Kruskal algorithm as referent to find the minimum spanning tree in the route network of the Universidad de Ibagué. Later a mathematic model was formulated based upon integer linear programming with binary variables, which aimed to prove that what was done with the application of the Kruskal algorithm had been efective to find the minimum spanning routes in the network. Having found an optimum solution it was designed an implementation plan for this work that is aimed to continue in other Works in the institution.
