Looking to know the threats and weaknesses that the company should correct. Similarly, take advantage of the opportunities and strengths you have. Making the most of it. Specific objectives and a general one were raised that sought to solve the research question planned for the development of the work. Which had an answer and all the objectives set under the chosen methodology were met. It is important to know that the company's mission falls short of the real purpose of the company and the mission is less than 6 months after its completion. It is necessary to invest financially in improving different internal situations such as labor competencies, organizational climate and assertive communication. It is also important that the organization create instruments such as the process and procedures manual for each area, adopt the internal regulations and consolidate the hiring manual.

    Acercamiento a la realidad social de los deportes alternativos en Ibagué. Exploración desde una reflexión periodística

    The project "Approach to the social reality of alternative sports in Ibagué. Exploration from a journalistic reflection ", tells the historical journey of alternative sports in Ibague such as skateboarding, bmx freestyle, ultimate, rugby, longboarding, among others, through a news report and a graphic report. Three aspects that are considered fundamental, such as competitions, sports level and number of practitioners, were taken as reference. Likewise, the participation and testimonies of the characters directly involved in the development of the disciplines, the so-called "old guard" were also taken into account. Finally, the project closes with a reflection on the coverage and interest in alternative disciplines from some media and journalists in the region recognized in the sports field.

    Actitudes de los trabajadores frente a trabajar con exmiembros de grupos armados al margen de la ley

    The attitudes of the workers were evaluated against working with ex-members of armed groups outside the law. The research was developed in a health institution in the city of Ibague with 70 workers, who responded to the implicit association test (TAI), which measures implicit attitudes, to measure the strength of association between categories and concepts, and an explicit Likert scale questionnaire on working with former members of armed groups outside the law. The workers' responses allowed observing that there are positive attitudes towards working with ex-combatants.

The subject of investigation was shaped by means of a real life case that allows the reader to easily identify the ideology of the topic and even detect the cons that a professional must face, and more if he does not adequately control situations of conflicts of interest. opportune safeguards that reduce the threat, also find through researches of alternative authors in academic bases concepts that strengthen this topic to clarify bases of interest that allow the concept in general to find a more adequate strengthening and deepening, all in order that the reader identifies in the document a recognition space in his work performance so that he personally makes findings that may be reaping the development of his work Taking into account any conflicts that may affect the accountant's code of ethics is the basis for applying safeguards that reduce these situations to acceptable levels in order to obtain an impartial and objective work environment that, in this case, will not affect any of the parties related to the contract. Therefore, it is very important that the professional always prior to the acceptance of a contract study all the variables of their client, since the standards inculcate us the importance of working with impartiality and objectivity.

    Ultimate Columns 2.0 is a software that uses the equivalent uniaxial eccentricity method or deformation compatibility consists of a detailed analysis of the deformations that are presented in a cross section of a column with this causing the user to propose a layout of a column, the software checks that proposal with a series of load combinations coming from a structural analysis software, the program also proposes to design the column with a dimension specified by the user with a type of steel in the cross section, and performs the design for different bars of #4 up to #8 and performing a shear check and confinement of the column depending on the type of energy dissipation that the structure has. In addition, the program proposes to carry out the design of a complete project by entering a series of data that comes from the structural analysis software. In addition, the drawing was introduced in CAD, proposing a design of column cuts and reaching a drawing format understandable to the reader from a base of proposed schematics.

    The purpose of this document is to update the software for: estimation of the design flow of aqueducts and population projections, sanitary sewer design and storm sewer design. Due to the change in resolution 0330 of June 8, 2017 by means of which the technical regulation for the potable water and basic sanitation sector RAS is adopted Taking into account the change in the regulations, the modification was made in such a way that they met the design parameters such as: elevation, minimum net endowment, maximum speed, shear stress among others, established by the same. This work is presented as a degree option as a monograph to opt for the title of Civil Engineer from the University of Ibagué.

    Actualización, diseño y rediseño de formatos basados en el GRI que permitan diagnosticar y orientar la acción para la implementación de la responsabilidad social empresarial

    This monograph is based on the redesign of a format used to diagnose the level of competitiveness of companies in the clothing sector in the city of Ibagué, developed by researchers Carlos Ramírez and Dayani Rojas. The study mentioned also identifies the characteristics of the companies in the sector analyzed within the context of corporate social responsibility. As a complementary phase, it is proposed to redesign the instruments used to determine the variables that more deeply identify the application of corporate social responsibility protocols in single-person or micro-sized companies. Starting from the existence of the Initiative Report Guide - GRI, we could use it as a reference in the identification of variables, which could serve as a basis for instrumental redesign. Once the new instrument was developed, this exercise was applied in a company and some questions were adjusted that fit the degree of confusion in the formulation of the required information. From this test were obtained as products: The redesigned instrument and a case related to the characterization of the company analyzed as established in the GRI. The conclusions of the monograph include the most relevant aspects updated during the exercise specified above and suggestions are made to improve the qualification obtained in the company analyzed according to the variables related to the GRI.

    As far as the meaning of life is concerned, most people stop to think and ask themselves: will life have any meaning? If we are going to die, what meaning does life have? and other related questions that will have religious, moral and political answers, however, these answers do not end up totally convincing the human being, and on the contrary detonate deeper questions. Other people are focused on obtaining the necessary sustenance to live, but they are not clear about what they live for. (Martínez Ortiz, Trujillo, Díaz del Castillo & Jaimes Osma, 2011). It is different psychological reactions that generate such questions affecting the state of mental and emotional health of those who live, such as anxiety, worry, uncertainty, one of the most representative factors is stress, which causes a great impact on their lives. Stress generally affects psychologically the vast majority of people, there are various types of triggering events such as divorce situations, imprisonment, academic exams, loss of loved ones, permanent care of family members with physical disabilities, diagnosis of chronic diseases, financial difficulties and others that typically cause high levels of emotional distress (Moscoso, 2010). For this reason, it is necessary to emphasize that the practice of mindfulness is currently one of the most accepted cognitive approaches in European countries and in others such as the United States. Empirically, the practice of mindfulness has generated acceptance in medicine, psychology and psychoneuroimmunology in the United States, Spain and Chile, due to the positive results of the different studies of this practice in which different variables and different populations have been taken into account.

    Through the following work, a diagnosis and strategic direction was made applied to a particular company, Foto Estudio Iris, in order to identify and determine the weaknesses in order to carry out a study and proposal of a technological innovation for this company, taking into account the interests and expectations of potential customers and environmental factors. The work was done because, in the competitive world faced by today's companies, it is very complex to make decisions and be aware of new technologies due to globalization, turning the world into a single market. Due to the above, it is fundamental to be able to establish competitiveness and advantages before the daily innovations that this one generates, being a challenge for all company of the present time. Therefore, it is essential for any company to manage and be aware of the constant changes in the market, because the forces and agents of the environment, as well as competitiveness, can drastically and suddenly damage the operation and positioning of companies. Therefore, it is key to be updated to the many threats and difficulties that arise in the changing environment to be able to be cautious and react quickly without being affected, in order to reduce risks, increase opportunities and have competitive advantages to develop innovative strategies that generate growth and permanence of the company in the community Ibaguereña. Therefore, this work was elaborated by means of an investigation and collection of previous information, with the collaboration of the administrator of Foto Estudio Iris. Beginning with the identification of the weaknesses, their causes and consequences, and determining the problems they generated. This was carried out with the aim of proposing a technological innovation of great acceptance in the market, viable and pleasant for its consumers, analysing all the social, economic and pragmatic impacts that this innovation could cause, with the aim of creating strategies forging itself as an innovative and competitive company.

    El aguacate Hass y su cadena de valor como generador de desarrollo para el Departamento del Tolima

    Through this work, the Global Value Chain (GVC) of the "Hass" avocado in the world market was identified and its contribution to the development of the economy of the Department of Tolima, with the objective of collecting and analyzing the productive and industrial development of the avocado sector, based on the achievements obtained nationally and internationally. In order to achieve the general objective, four strategic objectives were defined that allowed the satisfactory development of this work, achieved through a descriptive type of research, by forming their own conclusive ideas on the subject, from the analysis of historical and secondary data. In order to develop the present work, the current context of the Tolima Department with respect to the Hass avocado harvest was identified. Afterwards, a historical investigation was carried out taking into account the markets in which Colombia commercializes this product and pointing out the expansion to other markets that will be achieved in the short term. This was followed by an analysis of the elements that make up the Global Value Chain (GVC) of Hass avocado, where it was possible to identify the actors involved in the achievement of a productive chain at the national and international levels, which is made up of various entities and companies from the public-private sector. Finally, the economic contribution that the commercialization of Hass avocado brings to society in general in the department of Tolima is determined. In summary, it can be concluded that being part of the Global Value Chains (GVC) of a product as valued as the Hass avocado, brings with it many benefits for the industries and for the nations involved, where Colombia has managed to restructure its strategies and modernize the productive apparatus of the avocado sector, obtaining a high presence in several international markets. In addition, because of the high profitability generated by growing this product many farmers have been attracted to specialize in Hass avocado, being called "The Green Gold of the Colombian Economy", with the central objective of becoming the largest producer of this product in a few years.

    Alternativa para la adición de valor agregado al licor de cacao producido en la Corporación turística de San Bernardo – CORPOSANBERNARDO(CSB)

    The University of Ibagué together with the San Bernardo Tourism Corporation (CSB) is carrying out the project "Influence of the handling and operating conditions of the artisanal cocoa bean on the quality attributes of cocoa liquor" with the purpose of evaluating the handling techniques, the conditions in the transformation stages and the post-harvest processing of the cocoa crop in the village of San Bernardo Tolima. To this end, this proposal proposes an exploratory-descriptive and proactive methodology to promote the advantages obtained by adding value to the cocoa liquor of the San Bernardo Tourism Corporation - CORPOSANBERNARDO (CSB). In order to obtain satisfactory results, it is necessary to consult primary sources of information, communication with farmers, and secondary sources such as databases and information from cocoa guilds in the region in order to obtain an overview of the current situation of farmers, as well as the external and global situation of the production processes involved with cocoa as a raw material. The result of this proposal will be an alternative for adding value to the production process of cocoa liquor in the San Bernardo Tourism Corporation - CORPOSANBERNARDO (CSB).

    We carried out this Participatory Action-Research (IAP) with the grade 6ºC of the Conservatorio de Ibagué Institución Educativa Técnica Musical Amina Melendro de Pulecio (CI-IETMAMP by its acronym in English), in order to co-create environments, both tangible and intangible, to promote learning and foster relational dynamics, based on care. This research process was based on co-creation, as it gave way to dialogue between the perspectives of the participants. Likewise, we consider the intervention of the environment to be fundamental, since during the initial inquiry process the ignorance of the environment as an important agent in the learning processes arose. Bearing in mind that the structures in which the actors develop are not quite apt to carry out these processes, because they are spaces that promote and reproduce the forms of a memoristic, hierarchical and impositive approach, emerging from the traditional educational system that impedes the individual and collective construction of meaning towards learning and relationships. We carried out a PRA cycle in which 40 students, 2 mothers in grade 6 C, 12 teachers who taught in the same class, the academic coordinator, the discipline coordinator and the principal of the school participated. It should be noted that the voice of each actor was present in the processes of problematization, conceptualization and practice, thus co-constructing proposals for solutions according to their context. We present this document which explains the entire process carried out in the Institution, along with the lessons learned from it.

    According to all the investigative techniques carried out in the management of the scene, all the information collected from different methods (interviews), the collected EMP / PE, taking into account the use of the scientific method, we as a group of researchers, generate the following hypothesis: As found in the scene as it is the bottle with alcoholic beverage, powdery substance located in two lines, the two plastic cups with waste inside, gives us an indication that the victim was not completely alone for the time of the event, it is also deduced that the companion or companions are consumers of psychoactive substances, which possibly can be cocaine, in addition to this is a condom which was used and the body was found dressed but not in a correct way, which It indicates that there was sexual activity inside the home. According to the interviews collected and the video provided voluntarily by an inhabitant of the sector, it is confirmed that the victim entered with a companion, apparently a person who is obsessed by the attention of this, this is deduced due to the attitude that the companion. Once we carried out the inspection of the corpse, it can be observed that someone exerted an innesary force on the upper limbs, specifically on the brachial region, which indicates that someone wanted to cause physical damage to the body of the victim, the body was in partial suspension, is observed through the pressure groove that the tie that was at neck height, did not exert enough force to hinder the passage of oxygen and cause death, which indicates that the victim died for another medium and someone set the scene to make us believe that it was a suicide

    Análisis comparativo de la partición modal del día sin carro y sin moto del 19 de septiembre del 2018

    In Ibagué, the growth in the number of vehicles reached its highest peak since 2016, when the car rate was 30,686 per 100,000 inhabitants, according to figures from the Ministry of Transportation and Mobility obtained from the “Ibagué, Cómo Vamos” report. This event is a reflection of population growth and the increase of commerce in the city, which bring with it countless consequences, including high accident rates, increased travel time and, above all, environmental pollution. Seeking to mitigate these problems, it was decided that the city of Ibagué has two days a year in which the pollution rates produced by motor vehicles can be reduced, which is why the measure taken is that of the day without a car and without motorcycle in the capital; For this reason, this degree work aims to analyze the modal participation for this measure that was carried out on September 19, 2018 in Ibagué, and in this way make a series of comparisons of this day with one of the day typical work, taking into account the baseline of the Mobility and Public Space Master Plan (PMMEP). This information was analyzed through graphs, statistics and obtained as a result the mobility behavior in the city and the modes of transport for which Ibague’s people chooses on a day without a car and without a motorcycle.

    As time goes by, several research studies have been carried out around a progressive and friendly advance with the ecosystem, put this in terms of construction, all infrastructure work has a significant impact on the environment; therefore, the human being to impart new studies that contribute to the development of society, and likewise, help mitigate any environmental impact generated by it. Today the need for mobility is more evident than before, which produces greater use of natural resources for the construction of roads and other elements that lead largely to the development of a nation. Therefore, in the area of pavements, several studies have been carried out to promote the use and exploitation of industrial waste as alternative materials for the manufacture of asphalt mixtures used in pavements, as well as their influence on the physical and rheological properties of asphalt. Therefore, the purpose of this document is to provide the reader with a comparative study of the physical and rheological properties between Asphalt Cement (CA) and one modified with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in a proportion of 5%, in order to establish the effects of the addition of this material called modifier agent on the properties of asphalt and traditional asphalt mix. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of incorporating polyvinyl chloride as an alternative material in the design of asphalt mixtures commonly used in the pavement area as a wearing course.

    Análisis comparativo de las técnicas SURF y ORB para la detección de puntos de interés en fotografías aéreas

    This project is part of a research developed, within the image processing and pattern recognition seedbed Lún the University of Ibagué, with the goal of evaluating detection and description of interest points techniques to register visible and near infrared aerial photographs. These pictures were acquired by the International Center for Tropical Agriculture "CIAT". The evaluated techniques are two recently published methods: "Speeded Up Robust Features", known as SURF, and "Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF", known by its acronym ORB, with the purpose of finding interest points employed as reference to merge them. Both methods were studied and a comparative analysis was carried out to determine which one is the most appropriate to merge this kind of images. In addition, Gabor filters were employed to find texture descriptors in the images, finding that entropy provides the best result.

    Análisis comparativo del financiamiento de vivienda en Ibagué para los programas de VIS y VIPA en las modalidades leasing e hipotecario frente al coste de arrendamiento entre los años 2010 - 2015

    This research was carried out with the objective of identifying which credit modality, the mortgage or the leasing, is the most convenient for the inhabitants of the city of Ibagué who live in rented housing units, and who want to replace it with an investment in real estate through the government programs known as VIS (Social Interest Housing Scheme) and VIPA (Social Interest Housing Scheme for savers). A segmentation of the population of the city was made, people who belong to socioeconomic strata 2 and 3 and who have a monthly income were chosen. After this, it was consulted in the banking entities Davivienda, BBVA, Bancolombia, Banco de Bogotá about the requirements for each type of credit and the interest rates that were applied during the period 2010-2015. The real estate companies affiliated with Fedelonjas in Ibagué were also consulted about the cost of renting houses belonging to the same socioeconomic strata, during the same period. At the end of the data collection, amortization tables and annuities were drawn up to compare the results obtained, where it was found that the housing leasing modality is the most beneficial for Ibaguereños belonging to socioeconomic strata 2 and 3 if they wished to replace the rental instalment with an investment in their own home.

    Análisis comparativo entre las principales divisas y criptomonedas empleando análisis técnico

    This research analyzes the behavior of currency pairs and cryptocurrencies by applying technical analysis to the quoted prices, closing price correlation analysis and the study of the Economic, Sociocultural, Legal and technological environments, the sample used for that purpose, were the main currency and cryptocurrency pairs, from July 2013 to November 2017. The results of the technical analysis showed that the currency pairs are less volatile than the pairs of cryptocurrencies, the result of the correlation analysis showed that the currency pairs and those of cryptocurrencies have a negative connection, that is, they are inversely proportional and from the study of environments, outside of cryptocurrencies and currency pairs, they see high profitability investments, but a risk that not many are willing to run. Thus, currency pairs and cryptocurrencies have similarities and remarkable differences, from any point of analysis, both technical and fundamental.
