The report focused on the business line of bespoke clothing or personalized sewing, as it is the line with the highest growth within the company's total sales. The first part of the report describes the issues related to the nature of the problem and the research that was carried out, then the application of the Business Diagnostic Module was developed by the teacher Paula Rodríguez, in order to perform a situation analysis and Finally, marketing strategies and programs were proposed so that the company could achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set.
