- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDiseño de un plan de implementación de la estrategia de teletrabajo en la Alcaldía Municipal de Ibagué(Universidad de Ibagué, 2020) Lozano Gonzalez, Johana Del Pilar; Villanueva Ocampo, Jennifer KatherineTaking advantage of the technological progress that derives from the application of the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), the teleworking strategy proposed by the Ministry of ICT and the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Colombia, seeks to promote opportunities of inclusive work for all people, and that is why the Municipal Administration of Ibagué within the framework established by Law 1221 of 2008 “By which standards are established to promote and regulate Teleworking and other provisions are issued” and Decree 884 of 2012 "By means of which Law 1221 of 2008 is regulated and other provisions are dictated", he decided to sign the PACT FOR TELETRABAJO, contributing to the processes of organizational innovation, increasing the quality of life and productivity of workers , through the constant accompaniment of the entity and use of indicators, allowing them to be more efficient in their activities, achieving n greater balance between your personal and work life. With this project, the necessary tools for the implementation of the teleworking modality were identified, in addition, the previous studies of the capacities and conditions with which the entity has for later reception are presented. This modality intends a whole organizational improvement, referring to the inclusive policy of the Municipal Administration that according to the agreement No. 024 of 2014 that “establishes the Public Policy for Decent and Decent Employment that aims to solve the problems identified as overcrowding and improvement of the work environment among others concerning the inclusion for this case of the disabled and vulnerable population”. For the planning of the teleworking strategy, it was carried out in the first instance the documentation and background in the organizational, technological and legal field, based on the "White Paper"; all this framed within a descriptive research scheme that relied on sources of information, such as interviews and surveys that allowed to collect the information required for the implementation of the strategy. It should be noted that in order to qualify for this modality, priority is given to people who have a special condition and / or situation, as specified in the “Agreement No. 007 of 2014”, which states that they must comply with the requirements to apply to this strategy.
