Proof of this is the development of several programs, projects and activities of extension, social projection and university social responsibility with which the Entity makes evident its commitment to regional development. By way of example, programs can be cited Advance, Leadership, Waves, Small Scientists, the semester Peace and Region, the Technical and Technological Center San José, the creation of the Ceres, the Tolima Vive Digital projects, Tolima Turistic, the Tolima Vision 2025, Cendes, among others. In each of these exercises the university places at the service of the territory its capacity to form, investigate and influence processes that seek an inclusive and sustainable development, to this, it has been called Integral Social Responsibility. All the programs, projects, and activities in which the University of Ibagué participates deserve a systematic analysis that allows to build and consolidate the history of social responsibility of the University. The way in which it is proposed to do so is through a qualitative methodology that recognizes systematization as a research process in itself, where the aim is to reconstruct the evidence, describe the processes that took place, analyze the results achieved, and reflect on the impact generated and the institutional learning achieved.
- PublicaciónRestringidoAsistencia de investigación: sistematización de experiencias de responsabilidad social de la Universidad de Ibagué: una mirada a las relaciones con el entorno.(Universidad de Ibagué, 2019) Bayona Cespedes, Michell Stefania; Rojas Forero, DayaniThis document analyzes the extension projects, social projection and university social responsibility that the Universidad de Ibagué has developed in its relations with the environment, and will be carried out through a systematization that will be carried out based on experiences that the University has had Universidad de Ibagué in the programs, projects and activities as well as the institutional learning achieved in the last 12 years. They were also identified through a theoretical review those historical milestones that gave rise to the university social responsibility since its inception and identify how they define, work and apply in the different Latin American Universities, since in conducting this research we conclude that the concepts of social responsibility and Extension not only depend on the time, but also on the culture of each country. The importance of systematizing the different programs, projects and activities of the university starts from its beginnings as an institutional educational institution, since it not only wanted to generate knowledge but also contribute to the development of society by generating ethical values in students, teachers and managers from the university, for many years and to date, different programs, projects and activities have been carried out that have contributed to the concept of extension and social responsibility, but these programs, projects and activities have not been documented or systematized. From this need the idea arises of the realization of a book that the university can count on for its historical documentation.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSistematización de la experiencia de reporteros en formación (Alianza Revista Cambio - Programa de Comunicación Social y Periodismo Universidad de Ibagué, 2022)(Universidad de Ibagué, 2023) Ruiz Troncoso, Laura Lorena; Espitia Hernández, Luz DaryDebido al convenio entre la Revista Cambio y la Universidad de Ibagué, que se celebró en febrero del año 2021, el presente trabajo de grado identificó la necesidad de organizar la información de tal forma que quede memoria de las experiencias adelantadas en el proceso de periodismo desarrollado a partir de la integración entre una empresa periodística y la Universidad de Ibagué. Es de vital importancia formar profesionales íntegros lo que se convierte en una necesidad para el periodismo por su compromiso con la sociedad, por ende, los procesos de enseñanza y de aprendizaje de los periodistas debe estar inmerso en las dinámicas sociales, es decir en los sucesos cotidianos de la ciudadania, las problematicas y demás, pues estás son la raíz del trabajo. Por tal razón, experiencias como la formación de reporteros sistematizada en el presente trabajo de grado, resultan enriquecedoras tanto para el investigador, como para quienes hacen parte de la experiencia e incluso personas que les interese y quieran consultar el documento. Los aprendizajes que tal vez la teoría no puede entregar se van en el sentir de quién vive la experiencia y eso es, precisamente, lo que esta sistematización quisiera evitar; no dejar ir los saberes adquiridos en la experiencia Revista Cambio - Universidad de Ibagué.
