This makes that when wanting to make an improvement or when wanting to make a plan of re-desing, be more difficult to make the action plan to the Ibague’s signaling. With the wish to improve the existing database, an evaluation of each intersection is made, establishing criteria of functionality (paint, lights, position, shine, and visibility) and utility (phases, pedestrian cycles) through an multi-criterion analysis, determined the criteria, the functionality and utility levels are defined comparing the analyzed intersections with a type intersection that is made according to the criteria of the chapter 7 of the road signaling manual made by the transport ministry.

That is why in the present Project there is a solution for this problem of mobility in favor of the pedestrian, from the start to the end of Av. Ambala between (60th Street until 69th). The project will be divided into 4 stages. The identification of the problem. B. Analysis of information. C. Project approach with specific alternatives. D. implementation of the defined design. identify the problems experienced by pedestrians who use these spaces with bad signage. All the information. The answer.
