Programa de Arquitectura., 2019) González Solano, Dayana Paulina; Fandiño Ramirez, Juan FernandoLa Guajira is the place with the highest indigenous concentration in the country, mining wealth, greater solar radiation and winds, but there are some problems regarding the current social, economic and cultural roads on this region, which are framed in the lack of services public and droughts an environmental problem that causes water scarcity, for this reason the economy, planting and grazing of the community is affected, causing the displacement of the road to the cities and the loss of their cultural manifestations. The degree project located to improve the habitat of a Wayüü indigenous ranchería located in the rural area of Riohacha from the design of a replicable sustainable housing, in order to solve most of their basic needs respecting their customs and beliefs, to provide them a better quality of life for the community. The proposal is complemented with a tourist equipment and spaces for its different activities, to strengthen the development of productivity, focusing on its different economic activities, such as livestock, handicrafts and agriculture to facilitate the community the acquisition and processing of different resources.

Ibague, Tolima(Universidad de Ibagué., 2019) Parada Gómez, John Edinson; Fandiño Ramirez, Juan FernandoTHE RENOVATION INTEGRAL OF THE MARKET PLACE OF STREET 21 is located in the municipality of Ibagué, Tolima, which emerges as an urban and architectural solution for problems social, roads, urban and conservation of architectural heritage, taking into account that both the square and the surrounding area of the same is in a physical deterioration very serious. The urban proposal that was made will be linked to the Plan Renewal Urban of the 19, specifically to the development of the UAU 3 (Unit Action Urban), by means of which a strategy of ordering to renew the sector through an urban proposal will be proposed that improves the quality of life, recovers the public space, generates attractive, organizes and strengthens the economic dynamics linked both to the influence exercised by Carrera 5 and the dynamics of the 21st Street Market Square. The architectural proposal will be articulated to the restoration of the original volume of the market square on 21st Street currently considered a BIC (Asset of Cultural Interest) and a new adjacent building to relocate all merchants who are going to retire from the square and of the public space of the same, in order to organize and consolidate the square as a cultural, gastronomic and economic equipment to achieve position at the city level as a reference in these dynamics.
