In addition, studies are carried out with existing projects, in this case we can find that the convention centers are of great importance as they boost economic, business and tourism growth. since, from these large events are held that allow the gathering of people from different parts of the world. The whole process presented here is in order to know a little more about these types of projects that are having an important economic impact on society every day and that are growing exponentially with great future benefits.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCentro de habilidades técnicas y agropecuarias para el trabajo Chaparral, Tolima(Universidad de Ibagué., 2018) Manjarres Beltrán, Andrés Felipe; Fajardo Suarez, JaimeThe purpose of this project was to contribute from the architecture in the implementation of a “Technical and agricultural skill center for work”, with appropriate areas and spaces where you can develope new educational proposals, Focus on 18 years old people with basic studies or not finish basic school, people who belonged to internal armed conflict in Colombia (victims, victimizer, receiving communities). This bring a better quality life to this people and his immediate family members, througth productive Agro-proyects like Aquaponics, Hydroponics, Vermiculture amont others. These Agroprojects are more ecologically efficient, consuming less raw materials, potable water, does not need herbicides or pesticides is truly environmentally friendly. Beside, harvest times are reduced by half and their production will increase up to 10 times more in the same planting area, as this is not an extensive crop, making these models ecologically, socially and environmentally a profitable business. In this way, we can see a decrease of the the indexes of unemployment, recidivism and insecurity in the region, thus generating greater social inclusion, more economic, socio-cultural and agroindustrial development for the southern area of the department of Tolima. In order to generate in the municipality of Chaparral-Tolima, an accelerated agro-industrial and urban development consolidating itself as capital of the south of the department of Tolima, thanksto its geographical location and to the technification of the agriculturalsector of the southern region of Tolima. Thus becoming one of the largest agricultural exemptions in the department.
