- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoModernización de la plaza de mercado del municipio de Pacho Cundinamarca(Universidad de Ibagué., 2019) Arévalo Jerez, Yeni Alexandra; Mogollón Pinto, Henry MauricioThe Marketplace of Pacho Cundinamarca is a very important milestone for the municipality, since it is the largest marketer of agricultural and livestock products in the sector. But even so it is an infrastructure that presents too many problems, which make the current equipment not functional for all users, therefore a complete modernization of this project is carried out, without losing the essence of the market place, designing new spaces that fit the comfort of merchants and consumers. The design being projected is a more modern design, which makes merchants follow certain parameters for a better organization and provide a better service. This project, in addition to providing a public space, generates green spaces and will be an area for the commercialization of farmers' crops with new technologies, adapting all spaces to be the most modern in the region with a good collection of rainwater and good waste management.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPropuesta para el fortalecimiento de las actividades de comercialización y distribución de los productos provenientes de los pequeños productores del Cañón del Combeima(Universidad de Ibagué, 2021) Camacho Varón, Juan Camilo; Bernal Torres, Juan Pablo; Sánchez Echeverri, Luz Adriana; Salazar Camacho, Natalia AndreaWe are currently living a historic moment at the global level, the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic in our usual contexts has changed our dynamics of interpersonal, social and economic relationships. This pandemic has brought with it multiple questions, which need to be analyzed taking into account its current impact and the repercussions it may have on the agri-food sector, both on supply and demand. At this critical point, it is imperative to guarantee possible interruptions in the food supply chains at the national level with the sole purpose of guaranteeing the supply with the required sanitary guarantees, avoiding food crises in countries that are already experiencing difficulties at the level of the food and nutrition security, and reducing the overall negative impact of the pandemic on the global economy. However, the situation could worsen as a result of logistical difficulties in supply chains, due to movement restrictions within the country, likewise, movement restrictions can prevent farmers from accessing markets and consequently provoke food waste, causing farmers not to have the possibility to sell their products or in local markets and other commercial establishments, due to their temporary closure, ending this, in a high cost of labor due to shortages personnel and the temporary cessation of production. Based on the above, this research work allows the Combeima Canyon community, the target group for observation, the possibility of improving safety in production processes, with prevention activities in the chain of contagion of Sars-cov- 2, but above all to provide them with a proposal to strengthen the marketing and distribution of their agricultural products, based on current documents, standards and reports and with academic support.
