- PublicaciónRestringidoSistemas de acondicionamiento de aire utilizando el potencial térmico del subsuelo en el auditorio principal en la Universidad de Ibagué(Universidad de Ibagué, 2018) Londoño Gonzáles, Julián David; Jiménez Pérez, Edgar RamiroThe Canadian wells are considered an alternative air conditioning system, which use the subsoil to condition air currents that enter diverse enclosures. In this project the development of this system is carried out in the central auditorium of the University of Ibagué, with the aim of cooling a current of 437.23 kg/s of air at 24.6 °C (maximum temperature recorded in the study) to a comfortable temperature of 20 °C. The design of the Canadian wells was carried out in Microsoft Excel ® and resulted in an exchange system of two PVC pipes in parallel of 20 cm in diameter and 25.37 m in length, buried at the base of the subsoil at a depth of 1 meter and with an inclination of 2%.
