    In order to contribute to the company's organizational processes, it is necessary to carry out a business diagnosis, with which deficiencies can be identified in order to develop improvement plans according to the needs of each functional area and which is also adapted to the needs of the company. This investigative work is carried out with the consent and approval of the current legal representative of the company, Mr. Adrian Saldaña. This business diagnosis is of vital importance because it reveals both internal and external factors involved in the processes and activities of the organization, which will allow us to obtain within the internal factors, the strengths and weaknesses of the company and external factors, the opportunities and threats the company must face against its competitive sector, generating alternatives to develop a general improvement plan in which they can develop and fulfill the purposes of the company in the short, medium and long term in a lasting way.

    The business diagnosis for the company Rancho Medina Parrilla SAS minutely reviews the administrative structure of the company to analyze each functional area (strategic direction, marketing and sales, production or service, finance, human talent, legal framework and environment) and identify the strengths and weaknesses within the organization. It can be used as a reference to carry out an improvement plan and create strategies in each area. A very useful tool to know the current situation of the company and the problems that impede its growth in the sector. Finally, an impact plan is presented in the environment, the changes that take place inside the company, its magnitude, the contribution within the company and the power to the extent that the expected results are achieved or not.
