For this reason, the company "Salammbó" is chosen, which offers a different way of selling desserts and chocolates in the city of Ibagué. This research is carried out mainly to put into practice the knowledge acquired in the marketing area and thus identify the profile of the consumer of the European confectionery and chocolate "Salammbó" of the city of Ibagué since there is no updated information in the profile field of consumer in this type of companies in the city, finally this investigation will serve so that the company "Salammbó" really knows its consumer and generates strategies.
