    Because the shopping centers nowadays have become places, to which people choose to visit repeatedly. For being areas that concentrate a great variety of products and services. Which, produces a constant arrival and departure of customers and visitors in their different modes of transport, which consequently causes problematic situations arise in the dynamics of mobility inside and outside these types of establishments. Which, negatively affects all road users. From this, this document proposes the ideal way to mitigate various situations associated with the dynamics of mobility in pedestrian accesses and the parking of vehicles in shopping centers, based on the concept of friendlier, safer, inclusive and sustainable.

    The objective of this document is to carry out a theoretical review about exclusion and discrimination, taking into account how society has dealt with the subject, from ancient times to the present; Seeking in this way, to generate a reflection that contributes to the construction of tools that promote equality, as a fundamental principle in society, and specifically in the university community. Starting from these theoretical references, intervention strategies are proposed that contribute to the inclusion processes in the university context; and as a result to generate a structured proposal in a guide of general orientations in the attention of prioritized groups, and a promotion program in the promotion of spaces free of discrimination.

    Refuerzo de estructuras terreas utilizando tereftalato de polietileno (PET)

    In this project will be demonstrated the process to improve a clay soil (CH), using an experimental method that consists in including the random ones of PET to improve the mechanical behavior of the soil studied. The way to implement this material will be in the form of strips of PET recyclable material, cut to 8 cm in length, 2 mm in width and 0.5 mm in thickness. This type of plastic material is used. This material is one with a higher demand in consumption market today (angel, 1993). In order to corroborate if there is an increase in the resistance in the soil to be analyzed (CH), a sample of altered soil was taken from the Altamira farm, 3 km from the city of Ibagué. Soil samples including PET fibers will be published using 0%, 0.3%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2% of the weight of the soil test pieces, 45 test pieces of 4 "dimensions will be prepared. high and 2 "in diameter, discretized in 15 compacted to 15 strokes, 15 with 25 strokes and 15 compacted in 56 strokes Concorde with this, 3 specimens with each percentage of inclusion of PET. As a result of this monograph, the reinforcing material in the PET fibers is obtained, improving the cutting resistance by increasing 137.24% with respect to the specimens without reinforcement.

    Transformación de la calle 15 de Ibagué siguiendo los lineamientos de la guía global de diseño de calles

    Commonly, downtown areas of capital cities endure high traffic flow due to the fact that a large part of the inhabitants converge on this sector either to reach their respective workplaces or to carry out various activities; sometimes becoming a problem for mobility during peak hours, requiring the planning of new strategies for the transformation of public space. For the particular case of the present investigation, it is planned to dimension a new space in Calle 15 de Ibagué by means of two (2) different transformation proposals: the first, where the space is organized in such a way that there are mixed and bus-only lanes, segregated bicycle lanes, a series of authorized furnished stops and a change in the geometry of the road in comparison with the current characteristics of the same; and a second proposal, thought more in a pro-carriage design, with mixed lanes without modification in the geometry of the roadway, but with the difference that Pompeian steps have been designed with the conception of complying with the design speed of 20 km/h. The alternatives mentioned above have been designed to evaluate the scope and efficiency they may have in terms of service, comfort, safety, mobility, coherence and inclusion of the different modes of transport (motorized and non-motorized). It should be noted that parameters from the "Global Street Design Guide" have been followed for transformation models, including the recommended dimensions for safe and efficient use of the track section. The above has been designed for the total extension of Calle 15 in the city of Ibagué (from Cra. 1A Sur to Cra. 8) which is a road artery of utmost relevance as all the main avenues of the city converge and, therefore, it is important to take into account all the needs that arise along the stretch of track, always bearing in mind a notable improvement for all relevant actors in the area and visitors making a city more inclusive for the inhabitants of Ibagué and more environmentally friendly.

    Uso del entorno virtual para mejorar el acceso al trabajo de la persona con discapacidad: Estudio etnográfico en cinco ciudades de España.

    "La ponencia presenta el resultado del estudio llevado a cabo con 185 personas implicadas en el proceso de inserción laboral de personas con discapacidad, de las cuales 80 pertenecían al colectivo de personas con discapacidad y las restantes laboraban en distintos ámbito dentro del proceso. La investigación se llevó a cabo en cinco ciudades de España y se desarrolla a partir del enfoque de investigación cualitativa con el objetivo de comprender el proceso que antecede y precede a la búsqueda de empleo del colectivo en mención, para lo cual se desarrollan entrevistas en profundidad, encuestas y observación participante. Se realiza triangulación de resultados a partir del análisis de las respuestas obtenidas de la indagación de; las personas con discapacidad, los empresarios y los orientadores laborales, quienes se constituyen en los actores del evento estudiado. La investigación concluye que el ámbito de la inserción laboral para las personas con discapacidad es complejo, pese a que en las políticas del estado europeo y/o español ofrecen estímulos e incentivos a cambio de la contratación de las personas con discapacidad para la empresa oficial y la privada, con el objetivo de mejorar las posibilidades laborales y de inclusión del colectivo."
