- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis de las estrategias para la implementación de las energías renovables en la industria colombiana(Universidad de Ibagué, 2021) Vergara Urueña, Luisa Fernanda; Alfonso Moreno, Freddy LeonardThis research carried out an analysis of the strategies proposed for the implementation of renewable energies in the Colombian industry, identifying the advantages, barriers and opportunities to strengthen and promote the use of clean technologies in the local industry, generating notable impacts at an economic and social level. and environmental. It corresponds to a quantitative research of an explanatory type and was developed in two stages. First, the diagnosis of the implementation of technologies related to renewable energies in the energy sector in the Colombian context was carried out, identifying five (5) types of energy: hydroelectric, wind, solar, from biomass and geothermal. Based on this diagnosis, the advantages, barriers and opportunities of the implementation of renewable energies in the local context were identified. Ten (10) criteria were selected to take into account (classified in four (4) main categories) to carry out the comparative analysis of the identified renewable energies, highlighting three (3): hydroelectric, solar and from biomass, identifying the key elements for its successful implementation. The importance of support from the public sector in financing facilities for the production of renewable energies is highlighted.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCARE- EMPOWERING CLIMATE RESILIENCE -Dimensionamiento de sistema fotovoltaico para instituciones educativas en zona rural del Tolima(Universidad de Ibagué., 2019) Lombo Rodríguez, Leidy Jhoana; Hernández Sarabia, Héctor MauricioOne of the problems in the global context of today one of the most entrenched concerns is energy, so renewable energy emerge as viable alternatives when it comes to solving problems of environmental pollution and access to energy, this produces an improvement in living conditions: access to health, hygiene, education, information (audiovisual) among others. For rural communities, considering their geographical situation (regions of quality areas), the use of solar resources through photovoltaic systems is a technically and economically viable solution, and it is important to emphasize that it uses a very economic source that is "solar radiation".
- PublicaciónSólo datosDemocratización de la producción de la energía eléctrica en Colombia a partir de la Ley 1715 de 2014(Ediciones unibagué, 2018-12-19) Serna Peña, Edwar; Maestre Gallego, SebastiánIn the aftermath of 1715 law from 2014, the energy production scene in Colombia was clearly altered by a government energy policy aimed at the implementation of non-conventional sources of renewable energy. In order to achieve that some incentives were applied and issued the guidelines necessary to regulate the mechanisms of commercialization from the energetic surplus breakthrough of those alternative sources. Taking into account what mentioned before, this article tackles the concept of energetic production democratization in Colombia in contrast of the process of transformation of the dogmatic and the principles bases of the home public service of energy. To sum, in the end of the writing, the reader will be able to glimpse the huge representation of the current normativity within the energetic and economic arena of the country, owing to the clear changing of the final users of the electric service from being a passive agent to be a self-energy generator inside the energetic structure – which not only is fulfilling the need of the essential public service at the same time that spurs the energy in the country’s interconnected system.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDimensionamiento de una red experimental de 5 kw de salida(Universidad de Ibagué., 2019) Fajardo Gallo, Rodrigo Adolfo; Valverde Granja, AgustínThis research requires the dimensioning of an experimental network of 5 KW at the end, where five phases are established: execution of supported calculations, selection of inverter, the dimensioning of the electrical system, structural design and an economic proposal supported through RETScreen software in order to provide a solid research structure to the project. The final results of this project were a photovoltaic generator that consists of 22 solar panels with the Canadian Solar model CS6K-280P of 280 W each, these have a connection scheme of 11 solar panels in series and 2 branches in parallel which are connected with their respective maximum power tracker (MPPT) in the inverter brand ABB model PVI-6000-TL-OUTD of 6 KW, the network occupies a total area of 43.63 m2. Regarding the structural design, we worked with Hersic brand with aluminum supports for the fastening of the solar panels and to support the total weight of the modules and the aluminum structure a support made with structural steel profiles of 50x30x2mm was designed, that is conformed by 12 beams of 6 meters long distributed in 3 rows of 12 meters in double beam mode separated by 10 cm cuts of the same profile. On the other hand, 14 AWG conductors will be used for the DC section and 10 AWG for the AC section; As for the protections of the circuits to be used after the inverter, a thermomagnetic switch Legrand TX3 model 403610 curve C and a differential switch Schneider Electric model A9R71240 of sensitivity mA were selected, which will be located in the alternate voltage section ( VAC), in the DC section it is not necessary to use protection systems because the inverter comes with its own integrated disconnection system; In addition to the above, it was decided to work with a bidirectional Meter Schneider Electric IEM3119 model A9MEM3110 to account for the energy produced by the photovoltaic generator and the one that is being used from the network. Finally, through the use of RETScreen software it was possible to demonstrate that for this project, the project will have an IRR before taxes of 11.5% with a net present value (NPV) of $ 8,359,954, the annual savings in life cycle they correspond to $ 816,865 / year; It was also evidenced that when this photovoltaic generator is put into operation, a gross annual reduction of 3.3Tco2 will be made, also RETScreen software results show that the initial investment for the project will be recovered 8 years after the generator is running and after that period of time, the earnigs will double that investment on year 2025.
