Where are the criteria to the standard of accessibility, compliance, security and continuity of services, Knowing the main strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the company and compliance with current regulations. After an analysis where direct interviews were carried out, texts of previous analysis of the entity, DOFA analysis, and the use of the tool "Módulo de Diagnóstico Empresarial de Paula Rodríguez Ferro", the proposal includes the redesign of the current structure of transport management, this means at a strategic, organizational and operational level. This redesign includes, among other important contributions: Policies and guidelines, new participating positions, new control documentation, new technological resources, among others. That gives a better analysis to practice the company in its areas, which presented the main shortcomings were environmental aspects, human talent management, accounting and finance, production and service delivery and finally marketing, which is why the improvement plan was developed based on these areas, since the shortcomings found in these affect the company preventing them from having a better performance.
- PublicaciónRestringidoDiagnostico empresarial Corporación para la Promoción del Desarrollo Rural y Agroindustrial Prohaciendo(Universidad de Ibagué, 2018) Castellanos Rodríguez, Sergio Andrés; García Henao, Paula AndreaThis work constitutes a business diagnosis made to the Corporation for the Promotion of Rural Development and Agroindustrial Prohaciendo where the main objective was to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats present in each of the functional areas and in the corporation in general, in order to formulate an improvement plan for the different areas of the company, which will help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes. In order to achieve the general objective, five strategic objectives were defined that allowed the satisfactory development of the business diagnosis addressed to the Prohaciendo corporation. Likewise, the Business Diagnosis Module of Paula Rodriguez Ferro, professor of International Business Administration at the University of Ibagué, was used as a guide; the D.O.F.A. matrix was applied and qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed. For the development of the diagnosis, taking as a guide and reference the Business Diagnosis Module of Paula Rodriguez, was used as a tool to obtain information the survey format present in this module to perform the questionnaire that was applied to the officials of the corporation. Since the questionnaire consists of a numerical qualification of each one of the areas and subareas of the organization, it facilitated the identification of existing critical points in the respective areas. The results of the diagnosis show that the main shortcomings of the corporation are present in subareas such as strategic planning, water use, energy use and budgets, for which improvement strategies were established.

These activities are consistent with the function for which they were created and undoubtedly seek insatiably to give timely response to the community Tolimense in matters of recreation and sport. The execution of a set of activities that together fully comply with the strategic policies of the top management allowed to envision a clear horizon for the adoption of a quality management system that consolidates the processes in order to advance substantial improvements in public management policies. The design of a new mission, vision, policies and quality objectives are consolidated as the initial link in this journey through the optimal management of resources and activities. In addition, the updating of the manuals of functions and labor competencies are the basis of what to do with those directly involved and delimit the actions and responsibilities of the owners of each process. Finally, the generation of a set of strategies through permanent control based on the Balanced Scorecard tool allowed the organization to permanently monitor and control the strategic objectives, goals and results.

When investigating the current state, an analysis of the internal and external factors of the company can be made, this allows to know the threats and weaknesses that affect it and the connection that is given between them, in the same way it helps to identify the opportunities and the strengths that VYV Fútbol Club S.A.S. has. After obtaining an analysis of the functioning of the business system, we proceed to design an improvement plan and impact plan, according to the real needs of the company, these two products will serve as a guide for effective intervention, to achieve that VYV Football Club S.A.S., achieve the goals expected by their owners. The project consists of a single stage "Business Diagnosis and Improvement Plan", which is achieved by developing the methodological tool "Business Diagnosis Model" developed by Professor Paula Lorena Rodriguez Ferro.

The purpose of this document is to identify the weaknesses that the organization currently presents; recognize the threats that the environment generates due to its current problems; establish the opportunities it presents in the market and determine the strengths both internal and external that the organization has. All of the above in order to suggest an improvement plan that allows the organization a better level of competitiveness, market prevalence and sustainability in the face of the different situations presented by the textile sector at the national level. To effectively implement the current proposal, it was vital to analyze the different areas presented by the organization. From its strategic direction, marketing area, production, human resources, legal, financial and environmental aspects that allow the full knowledge of the internal and external situation that currently presents the organization. The application of suitable tools and information systems to diagnose the current state of the organization was of vital importance to determine which key areas and functions can be projected with a better level of operation and operationality. At the time the document was prepared, a theoretical framework referring to administrative purposes was covered, which allows for a greater extension of the terms and functions embodied in this document. As well as the support generated by Rodríguez (2012), where the implementation of an instrument that allows to determine according to the functional area how the internal and external organization is, primary and secondary informative sources were included, which were the base for a correct execution of the current document. The results presented through this research were mainly projected in the weaknesses and threats presented by the organization regarding the difficulties faced by the textile and clothing sector at the national level due to the high level of smuggling that is presented in this, legal loopholes that prevent market regulation, low tariffs on imported products, among many other factors that affect good trade in the sector. For this reason, and under other internal situations in which the company has shortcomings, a plan of improvement, contingency and impact was generated where possible activities are generated to be applied by the organization to counteract the current situation and the sustainability in time of the company Mundo Maquila S.A.S.

The company Seapto SA, which has a network of services offered in the department of Tolima, is taking advantage since its inception the needs of its target population in order to develop innovative services with the help of information and communication technologies, based mainly on the offer of gambling, evolving over time with the offering of sports bets, banking correspondent, collection of invoices, national drafts, etc.. According to the processes executed by the company during a considerable time the decision was taken to develop an investigative study through a Business Diagnosis, with which it is possible to detect strengths and weaknesses of the company in its complete operation by each one of the areas; in the same way to develop a general improvement plan that allows to counteract the weaknesses detected in the previous process and for the end to develop and to implement an impact plan that allows to generate an increase in its potential demand. It should be borne in mind that this work will serve as a future guide for the company and that it will not be possible to develop an impact plan. Seapto SA establish costs, values or prices in the necessary sections such as the impact plan, mainly due to constant changes in the prices of products and services offered by Colombian companies.

Due to this, the decision was taken to develop this work endorsed by the person in charge of the company and thus be able to obtain information on internal and external factors that are weakening the operation of the company and compromising its future.

Then, it was sought to create practical strategies so that in a period of accounting time the problems could be minimized and thus all processes could be stabilized. At the end, a contingency plan is defined to put into practice in the event that the defined proposals are not fully complied with.

The present research was carried out with the purpose of designing a business diagnosis to the bakery Horneados la quinta that allows it to determine the most relevant characteristics of the sector, such as: Know their mode of operation, the way they manage resources, the management of customer service, the way they conceive and implement strategies, marketing programs and their areas of strategic direction, marketing, production and / or service delivery, accounting and finance, human talent management, environmental aspects and legal aspects of the entity. This study makes it possible for Horneados la quinta to be consolidated as a transitional and dynamizing device for the municipality's socioeconomic resources, which manifest themselves in opportunities for development, progress, employment generation and a closer and more intimate interpersonal relationship between the bakery and the consumer, and to propose improvement plans in search of business competitiveness at the municipal and regional levels.

It is identified with the diagnosis of the current situation of the company, there are weaknesses in its marketing and environmental variables, where the main points that must be improved are identified, which allowed defining the strategic framework in the SWOT matrix with the Definition of FO and FA strategies, as well as DO and DA strategies. Subsequently, he went on to develop the action plan of the improvement proposal based on the DO and DA strategies, since the main actions that reduce the company's weaknesses are concentrated in them. Among the strategies that will be developed as an action plan is: • Strengthen the strategic direction of the organization. • Design and implement the internal processes of the organization. • Strengthen the human resources of the organization. • Design and implement marketing strategies that strengthen the competitiveness of the company. • Design an environmental mitigation program. Everything was defined in an implementation model that has a high added value for the company, also to be a proposal of low investment, so that the participants of the company, are participants in the improvement process.

It is an inquiry based on specific data that allowed to know the current situation of the company, which was obtained through the Business Diagnostic Module developed by Professor Paula Lorena Rodriguez Ferro, thus was able to identify strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities incurred when talking about competitiveness, sustainability and positioning in the transport market. Once the elements have been defined and determined, the improvement plan and impact proposal are continued, looking for it to be of great use; since, in it, changes are evidenced which are incorporated into the interior of the company in order to achieve stability and success. According to the results obtained, it was identified that the area of strategic direction required an improvement plan, which would allow it to improve its operation of the exercise of planning and control; these activities will help it to develop action plans so that it can specify what the company does during the whole year, and how the procedures carried out should be evaluated; in the same way, to develop action plans that will be in charge of determining what is proposed in the planning and implementing management indicators to detail the performance of all its work areas. This proposal must have an investment and a constant control, that allows that in a future it generates growth, changes and an improvement in the company.

Additionally, a market analysis was made for the target market in order to know its macro environment, and a detailed observation of the main competitors located in said market, comparing them with each other. Finally, a marketing proposal was prepared for the Toliaseo company to apply in the Ecuadorian market, in which it was determined that the optimal mode of entry is indirect export through an export agent of the manufacturer and conclusions and recommendations were made for the Toliaseo company.
