El objetivo fue consolidar una empresa con un plan de negocios adaptado a las necesidades empresariales en Ibagué, identificando estas mediante un diagnóstico respaldado por la Unidad de Emprendimiento de la Universidad de Ibagué y ejecutando un plan piloto para medir el impacto de los servicios. Se destaca la inexistencia previa de empresas similares en la región, la valiosa colaboración y el impacto positivo durante el plan piloto. Se enfatiza la importancia del comunicador organizacional en crisis, la necesidad de comunicación clara y empática, y la relevancia de la comunicación interna y externa, así como del marketing digital. Además, se subraya la aplicabilidad universal de la propuesta. La experiencia se presenta como valiosa y ejemplar para futuros comunicadores y emprendedores. Las recomendaciones incluyen tener una visión clara, desarrollar habilidades teóricas y prácticas, actualizarse y establecer una red sólida. En resumen, la creación de una empresa de comunicaciones representa una oportunidad significativa para los comunicadores, enfocándose en el desarrollo de habilidades clave.
- PublicaciónRestringidoDiagnóstico empresarial con plan de mejoramiento y plan de impacto para la empresa Coagro Internacional S.A.S(Universidad de Ibagué, 2019) Rodríguez Acosta, Andrea Marcela; Acosta Vásquez, Sandra LilianaThe present research work was made with the purpose of applying a business diagnosis to the company Coagro Internacional S.A.S whose objective is to provide to the management the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats present within the functional areas and the environment, to design a plan of improvement that promotes an increase of efficiency and offers a knowledge about the real situation of the company. In order to comply with the general objective, six strategic objectives were defined, from which information was collected through direct observation, documentary review and interviews that allowed the satisfactory development of the situational diagnosis, thanks to the guidance of the Business Diagnosis Module of Paula Rodriguez Ferro, professor at the University of Ibague, whose tools facilitated the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and then the evaluation with a DOFA matrix. Also, the survey attached to the module had high value to collect the data for the application to the staff belonging to the company, including a classification of functional areas and subareas that being introduced in the Excel tool included in the module, gives numerical classification results that facilitates the determination of critical points to correct and aspects to reinforce. It is with these results that the main fallacies in the area of Environmental Aspects and Production and Service Provision are observed, as well as activities to be fortified in the areas of Strategic Management and Marketing.
- PublicaciónRestringidoDiagnóstico empresarial de la empresa Fundasalud I.P.S.(Universidad de Ibagué., 2019) Cardoso González, Christian Gustavo; Cardoso Melo, Gustavo AdolfoThe business diagnosis is a tool that allows companies to know the current status of their management areas and from these results, formulate actions to ensure compliance with their missionary function. The company Fundasalud IPS is a company of family origin, dedicated to providing health care services at the first level of complexity, which accepted the proposal to conduct the study. The diagnosis covered all the organizational areas, allowing to identify their strengths and weaknesses, starting point for the SWOT analysis and for the design of the improvement plan proposal by area. The results of the diagnosis show relevant weaknesses in the areas of marketing and human talent, the latter being, due to the lower scores, object of preparation of the impact proposal, which is structured on three basic components: Training plan, plan of well-being and incentives and design of a system for evaluating job performance. It is expected that this contribution, which condenses conceptual and technical elements arising from the academy, will help companies, as in the case of Fundasalud IPS, to move towards achieving their objectives under high efficiency rates, guaranteeing their growth, consolidation and leadership in the market.

A través de un exhaustivo diagnóstico que abarca áreas administrativas, financieras y de marketing, se han identificado desafíos y oportunidades clave para el negocio. Los resultados de este análisis han sido la base para la creación de un plan estratégico integral, diseñado para potenciar la gestión empresarial, fortalecer la salud financiera y mejorar la relación con los clientes, con el objetivo de posicionar a Auto Eléctricos Mar-Hino como un líder sólido y sostenible en el mercado automotriz local y regional. Esta investigación no solo tiene un impacto significativo en la empresa en cuestión, sino que también contribuye al desarrollo económico de la comunidad al mejorar la eficiencia y rentabilidad del negocio, y alentar el crecimiento de otras empresas en el sector. El proyecto se destaca por su enfoque en la resolución de problemas empresariales y su aplicación práctica, lo que lo convierte en una herramienta valiosa para la toma de decisiones estratégicas en el contexto de la industria automotriz. La empresa Concretrans forma parte del comercio de la prestación del servicio. Este documento es realizado sobre un diagnóstico empresarial, en la cual se realizó el análisis de cada una de las áreas que tiene la empresa, para poder observar las falencias que está presentando dicha organización, de esta manera se pudo hacer unas estrategias, unas recomendaciones y un análisis externo e interno que conllevo al desarrollo del diagnóstico que puede ser de gran ayuda a la hora de tomar cualquier decisión para el mejoramiento y desempeño de la empresa. Como resultado final, la empresa Concretrans se encuentra bien posicionada en cuanto a las ventas y servicios que ellos prestan, pero tienen una gran debilidad que es la parte de publicidad, que sería muy fundamental que lo pudieran implementar más, para así llamar más clientes y estar bien posicionada en el mercado.

SAS Company has been an example of Tolima’s entrepreneurship for more than 25 years, which have achieved a local and regional growth, it is worth to highlight through a business diagnosis made in this workshop with the methodology of a model of questionnaire for business diagnosis produced by the University of Ibague through the description, prediction and evaluation of the items there related and supplemented with direct observation and analysis of texts that allowed us to understand the theory of the type of work and organizational culture that manages the company in question, which is named as "strategic improvisation", theory developed by Jean Claude Bessudo (2007), it is about a continuous work to solve the problems of day to day and set the business goal of growth and expansion by focused always on the satisfaction of the client, and that could be perfectly reflected in the way of work of the Laserna y Cía. At the same time, it was made a deeper analysis of the Marketing area was carried out through a survey of its main clients and with the results it was made a Marketing plan for the next 2 years, taking into account the growth objectives of the company with clear and measurable strategies for the achievement of the goals and an improvement in the positioning of the brand.

Therefore, this work aims to conduct a business diagnosis of the company Fibratela S.A in order to know their strengths, weaknesses and current situation both internally and externally to build an improvement plan and impact proposal. The business diagnosis built by Professor Paula Rodríguez Ferro (2012) was used as a work methodology. It was found that the areas of greatest strength are environmental management processes; legal aspects; accounting and finance, production area; marketing and; strategic direction. The areas with shortcomings are human resources in aspects such as salaries, the process of incorporation and training of new personnel, and evaluation of the performance of their employees. Likewise, it does not have a digital dissemination area. It is concluded that, despite the broad trajectory of the company, it is necessary to generate strategies to strengthen the processes of recruitment and selection of employees; definition of salaries and; creation of a digital media area that ensures its presence in social networks with the aim of covering new prospects. The intervention of its weak areas will allow it to continue competing in the market and maintain its good position.

- PublicaciónRestringidoDiagnóstico empresarial, plan de mejoramiento y propuesta de impacto para la empresa CONCRETOLIMA S.A(Universidad de Ibagué, 2018) Arana Franco, María Ximena; Botero Rojas, Paula Cecilia; Pachón Ospina, Luis GerardoThe business diagnosis is a company evaluation methodology that facilitates an in-depth analysis of all the areas of business management with a more detailed explanation of the organization, it´s possible to solve problems in a practical and directional way for what is really important and without spending time with irrelevant items. Concretolima is a family company leader in the construction sector in the region and has a clear strategic component according to its economic development. In terms of its functional areas, it was possible to identify that its analyzed components are competitive strengths in terms of international competition that occurs within the city. The instrument facilitated by the University of Ibague was completed in person with the different people in charge of the areas of Concretolima, in which it was rated from 1 to 4 where e 1 was the lower limit and 4 the higher limit. This helped to identify the state of the company's organizational operations, as well as reflecting its weaknesses and strengths. In terms of weaknesses, the sub-areas of strategic planning and performance evaluation were identified, to which an improvement plan was presented, in order to convert these into a strength. At the same time a proposal for environmental impact is presented. It is important to remember that the functional areas must maintain a constant evaluation in order to determine that they are on a good course and are fulfilling their objectives and goals.

Establishing a business diagnosis on the operation of the Korea Parts company, which allows us to appreciate the weaknesses to be corrected through improvement plans, which help to develop an import plan for bearings, is the main purpose of this work, executed under the implementation of the module of "Organizational Diagnosis", and a quantitative-qualitative analysis, which expresses the strengths and weaknesses of each of the strategic areas that make up an organization. To achieve the results, it was necessary to diagnose 9 areas of operation of the company with the help of Professor Paula Rodríguez's professional diagnosis, based on critical points and improvement plans and a proposal for impact. The impact proposal is considered as the export plan, where 5 markets are analyzed by means of a Hierarchical Matrix of Approximation of Foreign Markets and the United States is obtained as a target market. Different aspects of the target country are analyzed such as: consumer characteristics, competition, marketing mix and product situation in said market. The document ends with the proposal of an action plan where the drafting objectives, the INCOTERM (negotiation terms), the marketing channel, the drafting strategies and the activities to be carried out with the help of a schedule of activities and budget with their respective sources of financing.
