- PublicaciónRestringidoDiagnóstico empresarial, plan de mejoramiento y propuesta de impacto para la empresa CONCRETOLIMA S.A(Universidad de Ibagué, 2018) Arana Franco, María Ximena; Botero Rojas, Paula Cecilia; Pachón Ospina, Luis GerardoThe business diagnosis is a company evaluation methodology that facilitates an in-depth analysis of all the areas of business management with a more detailed explanation of the organization, it´s possible to solve problems in a practical and directional way for what is really important and without spending time with irrelevant items. Concretolima is a family company leader in the construction sector in the region and has a clear strategic component according to its economic development. In terms of its functional areas, it was possible to identify that its analyzed components are competitive strengths in terms of international competition that occurs within the city. The instrument facilitated by the University of Ibague was completed in person with the different people in charge of the areas of Concretolima, in which it was rated from 1 to 4 where e 1 was the lower limit and 4 the higher limit. This helped to identify the state of the company's organizational operations, as well as reflecting its weaknesses and strengths. In terms of weaknesses, the sub-areas of strategic planning and performance evaluation were identified, to which an improvement plan was presented, in order to convert these into a strength. At the same time a proposal for environmental impact is presented. It is important to remember that the functional areas must maintain a constant evaluation in order to determine that they are on a good course and are fulfilling their objectives and goals.

So that, in this way they can be compared with the results obtained in the resistance reached from the cylinders of concrete made with conventional and non-conventional gradations. In this way through the years in civil engineering refers to concrete mixtures specific values have been normalized, for the required characteristics of the structural elements of the buildings, as for example in the case of the gradations of the aggregates for the realization of the concrete the characteristics in the particle size of the fine and coarse aggregates have been normalized, mainly the sands and the economies of the elaboration of the concrete, because the very fine sands are normally uneconomical, whereas sands and gravels are thick It can produce mixtures without workability. With the obtained results were identified that with mixture for gradations 2 y 3, from 19 mm and 50 mm, these results improved in an average of 42% and 49% for 28 days concrete Cylinders. For gradations 1 y 4 the resistances decreased in a 34% and 24.3% In this way, the objective of this paper is determine through the final resistances for the conventional gradations with the objective of reduce costs or to improve the resistances for structural elements.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEvaluación del comportamiento de un concreto no convencional adicionando cenizas volcánicas del volcán cerro Machín(Universidad de Ibagué, 2019) Palacio Ríos, Paula Andrea; Orjuela Gonzáles, Carlos Andrés; Rojas Rodríguez, Isabel CristinaBy means of the present research work, we intend to develop an analysis of the mechanical properties of concrete modified with volcanic ash from Cerro Machín, unlike the characteristics of a conventional concrete, in order to observe and demonstrate both the advantages and the disadvantages of this material. Faced with some important aspects in the construction market such as compression resistance, concrete quality and reaction to elements such as steel. For this purpose, tests will be carried out specified in the (NTC), Colombian Technical Standards, which specifically handle the processes of production and quality control of concrete as it is the NTC 77 Concretes; in addition to using some of the tests for the classification of both fine and coarse aggregates in INVE 2013 - section 200, Testing standards for road materials. It is expected that at the end of the investigation, the information obtained can be used by civil engineering professionals and also by those of related careers, in order that concretes of this type are used in the wide field of construction.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEvaluación del comportamiento mecánico de un concreto no convencional adicionando caucho reciclado(Universidad de Ibagué, 2018) Ramírez Morales, Sergio Andrés; Tapias León, Johana Alexandra; Rojas Rodríguez, Isabel CristinaThe purpose of this paper is to report on an experimental study that explores the effect of using recycled rubber in concrete. in this research 5 types of mixture were made, one with a conventional aggregates and the other by replacing 10%, 30%, 50% and 70% of sand by rubber crushed, were carried out for each percentage 16 samples to be subjected to compression tests in ages of 7, 14, 28 and 56 days in order to compare their behaviour with the compressive strength of an ordinary concrete, also with a variable load permeameter was evaluated the permeability of each sample to have a reference value for the purpose of determining how much water is filtered through its structure. the main results show that the compressive strength is reduced due to use rubber and its compressive strength decreases even more if the samples contain more rubber crushed. with regard to the permeability, all samples are considered to have a high permeability and this value is proportional to the amount of rubber in the sample, so that, the samples with the highest percentage of rubber allow faster water seepage. finally with the results, it can be concluded that this type of concrete using rubber can be used in elements which do not require large applications of compressive strength as sidewalks, in addition, it could be possible to take advantage of the filtration capacity of water in this concrete to be used as alternative drainage in those elements.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPropuesta de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para el proceso de producción de concreto basado en la Norma ISO 14001 del 2015 para la empresa Concretos de Ibagué S.A.S ubicada en la ciudad de Ibagué, Tolima(Universidad de Ibagué, 2020) Aguirre Lombana, Andrés Felipe; Pérez, Carlos AndrésEl presente trabajo de investigación es la propuesta de un diseño de un sistema de gestión ambiental para el proceso de producción de concreto basado en la norma ISO 14001 del 2015 para la empresa Concretos de Ibagué S.A.S, ubicada en la ciudad de Ibagué, Tolima, siendo una empresa productora y comercializadora de concretos, morteros, servicios, administración de obras y alquiler de equipos, pero que tiene como principal actividad la producción y comercialización de concreto premezclado. La propuesta fue planteada a la empresa Concretos de Ibagué S.A.S, debido a que lleva pocos años funcionando en el mercado, a raíz de esto, es claro que son muchas las falencias que se presentan a la hora de cumplir con todas sus obligaciones ambientales y, en efecto, sus operaciones y procesos productivos arrojan contaminantes presentadas de muchas maneras al ambiente, por estas y muchas más razones se prevé el diseño del sistema de gestión ambiental basado en la norma ISO 14001:2015, el cual brindará muchas herramientas para minimizar y/o mitigar estos aspectos y cumplir con sus obligaciones ambientales.
