In the research process that was developed, the following general objective was formulated "To determine the viability of establishing a franchise point of healthy fast food of the Go Green brand in the city of Ibagué for the year 2021", which was solved Through the execution of several studies that support the conclusions of the process, these studies were based on the market to identify the internal and external environment in which the restaurant would be, technical to know the installed capacity of the restaurant, organizational to leave parameters of the structure and personnel to be needed and financial to identify the viability of the proposal.
