- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstudio de las relaciones colaborativas presentes en una cadena de suministros orientadas por proyecto: Caso proyecto Brasil(Universidad de Ibagué, 2018) Grajales Enamorado, Angie Natalia; Meisel Donoso, Carlos AntonioIn this research, we work with the F project of the European company KNAPP, which was developed in Brazil and is categorized as a standard project. This study uses the Model for the Characterization of the Collaboration in Project Management (Model CCPM, for its acronym in English: Collaboration Charaterization Project Management) proposed by (Meisel, 2016) to characterize and understand the relationships of collaboration between the Roles of a Project Team (REP). To validate the postulates, the methodology of case studies and the use of tools such as Social Network Analysis (ARS) were implemented. Likewise, two approaches were used: first, visual and descriptive analyzes were carried out; and secondly the Exponential Random Graphics Models. The results of the visual and descriptive analysis show that Customer Service & KSA projects and the KSI Customer Service Leader are the most important REPs, according to their centrality and prestige. Regarding the phases of the project, it is stated that the KSA Customer Service Leader had an important participation in the collaborative relationships of each of the five phases, encouraging the acceleration of communication and the exchange of information in the different networks of the phases. Finally, the results of the stochastic analysis of networks provide a line of empirical evidence that indicates that from the interpersonal perspective framed as facilitators of collaborative relationships the endogenous factor of Mutuality, which has a great involvement at the time of the formation of the network collaborative in study.
