The population under study were 428 workers from 3 organizations in the city of Ibagué, the instrument applied was made up of 39 items, related to psychological well-being. The relevant results are in the dimension of positive relationships, where it is represented with a low level, which means that employees do not want to have quality relationships in their work environment, as a second result it was obtained that working conditions impact each day in the health of employees since work stress can lead to dysfunctional behaviors at work and contribute to the physical and mental health of the individual.

The family environment is an important part of an individual's life, if problems occur at home, this can directly influence the performance of the collaborator in the company; In the same sense, when meeting demanding demands in the workplace, suchas hours with little flexibility, few incentives, a precarious work environment or poor interpersonal relationships with other collaborators, a conflict can occur that can cause stress, low levels of effectiveness, job dissatisfaction, among other aspects; Based on the contributions of various authors and research carried out on the subject, it is considered of great importance to have reconciliation policies between family and work, so that a balance is sought that allows the worker to integrate properly These two areas of life are so relevant. Finally, the work approaches the importance of employee satisfaction in relation to family-work reconciliation, which will determine how productive and committed employees will be in their organizations.

The work is based on a theoretical review leading to the design of a manual and a proposed instrument for measuring organizational climate, which together with its instructions for application and interpretation of results, may serve as support for decision-making related with the welfare of the workers.

For this reason, an initial evaluation of the minimum standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System is required, such as a self-evaluation and identification of hazards and the evaluation of the risks presented in the workplaces, as well as the contractors linked to the municipal entity. In this regard, a proposal will be prepared for the Mayor's Office to approach compliance with the OSH minimum standards. In this way, it is expected to leave the work plan to be advanced for the year 2019 of the Management System on Safety and Health at Work.
