    The present study focuses on the 1072 decree of 2015 and the 0312 resolution of 2019 where are contemplated the minimum standards of Occupational Health and Safety Management System applied on Taller Agroindustrial Molina ubicated in Girardot – Cundinamarca. The actual normativity obey the companies to fulfill with a series of requests to decrease accidents, diseases and incidents of labor origin, at the same time the damages and magnitudes in possible emergencies; according to the above, it develops the advance obtain since the 2018 year till the present year, making evident a sociodemographic profile of the company, the evaluation of minimum standards, the identification of hazards and the assessment of occupational health and safety risks (GTC 45), the emergency master plan and by last a workplan to obtain the totality of the points of the the 0312 resolution of 2019.
