In this report describes to the process of design and construction of a movable platform to interaction with environment for develop project to artificial intelligence. One describes to the methodology used for the practical conception of the project and as well as the characteristics of the hardware and software that will have the project.

    Subsistema multimedia IP 3G (IMS)

    El concepto de una red integrada que proporciona al usuario una variedad de servicios a través de una única interfaz, tiene una serie de ventajas tanto para los usuarios como para los operadores. La explosión del internet en el mercado de consumo, también ha influido en los sistemas celulares. Mientras que GSM brinda comunicaciones de datos sobre enlaces de conmutación de circuitos a 9.6 Kbps, los servicios basados en conmutación de paquetes que brindan tasas de transmisión de datos mas altas, son las que mas se ofrecen. Esto se ve reflejado en el incremento de los sistemas GSM de segunda generación tales como, GPRS, EDGE y el sistema de tercera generación UMTS. Estos sistemas ofrecen cada vez una mayor velocidad de acceso a internet al igual que mantienen el acceso a las redes de circuitos conmutados. Por tanto, se puede concluir que las redes fijas y las móviles han convergido para la comunicación de datos. Sin embargo, la convergencia fijo-móvil de servicios en tiempo real aun no ha sido realizada hasta el momento. Los servicios de tiempo real tienen requisitos de tasa de bits mucho más bajos que un servicio de datos de alta velocidad, pero, los servicios de tiempo real tienen un requisito muy especial, el cual hace referencia a que el trasporte de paquetes debe ser constante. EL IMS es el sistema que permite la convergencia fijo-móvil y reduce las diferencias entre estos dos entornos. El sistema IMS controlará la sesión y enrutará la multimedia independientemente del tipo de acceso y el operador que se este usando. De esta forma se puede definir el subsistema Multimedia IP (IMS) como un nuevo estándar en comunicaciones definido por el proyecto de asociación para la tercera generación (3GPP). Tiene la visión de combinar dos de las tecnologías de mayor éxito en las comunicaciones: redes celulares e Internet. Dentro de la integración de los servicios definidos en el IMS, los usuarios podrán utilizar sus celulares para acceder a todos los servicios que ofrece el Internet de una manera fácil, eficaz, fiable, y de precio razonable. Todas las comunicaciones de red están basadas en el Internet Protocol (IP). Finalmente, existen tres razones principales por las que se necesita desarrollar el IMS. En primer lugar, el IMS integrará todos los tipos de comunicaciones independientemente de la tecnología de acceso o del tipo de datos que se este manejando. La segunda razón es la calidad del servicio QoS. El IMS estará en la capacidad de identificar el tipo de servicio que se esta usando para asignarle el ancho de banda apropiado para esa aplicación en particular. Y la tercera razón, básicamente es que el IMS brindara un método de tarificación efectivo, donde se beneficie tanto el usuario como el operador.

    Desarrollo de tres instrumentos para el soporte de investigación y la enseñanza en psicología

    The development of three instruments to support research and education in psychology is intended to equip the laboratory of Psychology at the Universidad de Ibague with simulated electromechanical instruments and software for the implementation of evidence applicable in perception and reaction different stages of experimental psychology, articulating and technology and humanities. This project involves the development of a model application software, comprising a mixer color, a tachistoscope and a gauge reaction times, each one with an administrative module which defines the parameters for implementing each of the instruments and a participant module that presents images according to previously defined variables. In addition to the software, this project considered the development of an electromechanical mixer color which programmed a PIC, so that the test administrator can modify variables such as time, speed and direction of rotation of the disk color selected. Each of the tools developed fluency guarantee stimulus presentation, quality of reproduction of images both still and moving and high reliability in recording response times if as in compliance with the parameters set by the administrator in each of the exhibitions The continued availability of these tools in the laboratory enables the application of the tests at different times to patients in specific conditions (normal - relaxation, excitement - tension) allowing the practitioner to perform more complete and complex assessments of the level of the test subject's response.

    At the agricultural center named “La Granja” of SENA, Espinal – Tolima, was acquired a phase contrast Microscope for educational purposes allowing the study of some of the features which determinate bull sperm fertility; This kind of Microscope allows to take shots of images at 40x and now is complemented with a Computer Assisted Semen Analysis system (CASA) determining those features in a complementary way, hand in hand with the traditional method and making shorter the required time for those studies, besides avoiding to use chemical substances for keeping spermatozoids alive, which now makes a whole more complex and complete process, supporting the results and being them reliable.

    SD Safety Automation is a prototype for a security system implementing a demo simulating a remote surveillance place which will provide access for home automation, controlling devices such as an electric door lock and a light bulb, using a mobile device (Smartphone) where the developed application for this purpose has been installed; all remote control is performed throughout the Internet; where a server will provide information to arduino (which manages the place automation) and also provides information to the mobile application developed on Android on the user’s side. Additional automation control is gained by setting up a Web Camera to make the prototype work as a complete monitoring system. Although for this camera, it is necessary to get a fixed IP address or dynamic DNS to resolve its addressing. The system is the integration of a variety of programming languages such as C, PHP, Java and HTML among others, offering an interesting way for solving a problem using existing tools without the need to develop new software or hardware solutions.

    Diseño e implementación de un sistema de seguridad y un sistema de iluminación

    The security and lighting systems are applications that generate benefits in society. In the tourism sector, the design of these provides a personalized and unique implementation. The designs of this project were implemented in tourist Farms of Tolima Department by a program called TURISTIC. The security system mainly comprises a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), while the illumination system comprises two parts: the ornamental and the simulation. The ornamental contains motion sensors and bulbs that provide security, in addition to its primary purpose of lighting. The simulation allows the emulation of one nightwalking by an operator, reflectors and a timer, and it is also used to provide additional lighting. All these systems generate greater protection and comfort in tourist farms.

    Diseño de un sistema de seguro de casilleros para almacenamiento de material estudiantil

    En este proyecto se busca implementar una gran herramienta de seguridad para la biblioteca y para el control de acceso de los estudiantes a la misma dando un mayor orden y una mayor comodidad a todos los que nos vemos beneficiados de ella. El sistema que se va desarrollar busca por medio de unas claves asignadas a gusto por el usuario guardar sus pertenencias de uso educativo mientras realiza todas sus actividades al interior de la biblioteca. Consta de una pantalla de visualización compuesta por displays y un teclado matricial para poder realizar todas las acciones de control del programa. Este sistema cuenta con un software de control para poder almacenar las contraseñas y para realizar el accionamiento de los motores y leds indicadores que se localizan detrás de cada puerta en todos los casilleros. La idea es poder tener un sistema fácil de manejar pero con un alto grado de calidad permitiendo el avance tecnológico que se tenga al interior de la universidad. Para poder llevar a cabo este proyecto nos hemos basado en la implementación de algunas técnicas aprendidas a lo largo de la carrera en particular las asignaturas correspondientes al área de la electrónica digital teniendo claridad en el funcionamiento de los microcontroladores y en el desarrollo de leguaje de programación. Es de anotar que como ingenieros electrónicos tenemos la posibilidad de analizar diferentes campos o especialidades de la carrera ya que gracias a la formación integral recibida poseemos la capacidad de poder defendernos en diferentes circunstancias o ramas de enfoque que se vayan a tratar. La realización de todo el sistema en general cuenta con dispositivos de fácil acceso comercialmente y de un manejo accesible sin tener la necesidad de incrementar el grado de complejidad.

    Diseño de una familia Wavelet ortonormal basado en los principios de la matemática de la armonía

    We construct an orthonormal Wavelet basis, making use of a new mathematical perspective. This paper starts with a review of the principles of Mathematics of Harmony and Wavelet theory. Then, the design process is explained, taking advantage of covering simple elements and specific methods for supporting this development. The experiments continue with an approach to the application on the analysis of a collection of physiological signals (ECG, EEG), as well as the digital signal processing of a group of images with different attributes.

    This project contents the seismic vulnerability evaluation of the antique cathedral building of municipality of Ambalema in the Department of Tolima. With the seismic vulnerability evaluation has been set to check the stability of the structure under gravitational loads and the proper recommendations for structural reinforcement if required, in purpose to guarantee structural stability and its preservation, given such as importance that this structure represents for the cultural patrimony of the region and the country. The project is divided in the phases: the first one is about documentation and loads evaluation of the structure. Initially an investigation of the clinic history of the building was made, the uses that the structure has had along its use life, modifications, changes and improvements that have taken place over it, events that have affected it, and other aspects. Parallel to this, architectonic and topographic surveys were made in order to make digital plans that allowed to make a first graphic registration of the architectonic and structural characteristics of the building. This first phase also cover the measuring of the mechanical characteristics both linear and non-linear of the materials that compose the building, those of adobe, interphase mortar and wood. Laboratory tests, field measurements (sclerometry, nucleus samples). From laboratory results and those taken measurements the team expects to obtain specific weights of the pieces and constructive materials, as well as compression resistance, flexo-traction, module of elasticity, module of fracture and fracture criteria, which are being developed in the investigation. Second and third phases are out of the reach of this document, however the panning has been enunciated. In the second part of the project a lecture of the result is principally going to be made, as well as the registration and qualification of the information and the development of calculation models and its validation. It’s planned to make a modeling of finite elements and rigid elements of the structures, which will end up on relevant information respecting the actions over them, stresses acting on them and failing mechanisms or collapse. The third phase of the interdisciplinary work is about the recommendations for structural reinforcement and the restoration of the architectonic elements that may be affected.

    “Se entiende por delincuencia juvenil el conjunto de delitos, contravenciones o comportamientos socialmente reprochables, que cometen las per¬sonas consideradas como jóvenes por la ley”. (Defensoría Del Pueblo, 2000). El problema de la delincuencia juvenil es un fenómeno que en la actualidad golpea fuertemente a nuestro país pues según lo reporta el informe mensual del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Para Adolescentes ICBF en el tercer trimestre del año han ingresado 8.016 adolescentes y en total del 2014 24.686 esto en todo el país, tales estadísticas negativas registradas en materia de delincuencia de adolescentes demuestran que el aumento en la participación y utilización de adolescentes en actividades delictivas va en aumento; la prevención y no la represión, son las mejores estrategias para reducir a niveles de normalidad la delincuencia juvenil.
