Dicha tarea implica la participación de profesores y expertos, por ello, este documento brinda al lector las reflexiones que ellos efectúan frente a las bases del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (pnd) Colombia, potencia mundial de la vida, en el marco de los encuentros llevados a cabo en la Universidad de Ibagué para la creación del centro de pensamiento sobre desarrollo regional. Este centro tiene como sello distintivo la transdisciplinariedad, dado que aborda los problemas del desarrollo regional a través de la reflexión y el análisis de expertos de naturaleza investigadora: “Estas investigaciones deben producir nuevo conocimiento aplicable a otras regiones del mundo, identificando los factores que deben tenerse en cuenta al cambiar de un contexto regional a otro. Desde esta perspectiva, la universidad se proyecta a otras regiones del mundo” (Orozco y Reyes, 2022, p. 74).

This work will contribute to the development of one of the specific objectives of this project, focusing on one of the slopes; Research Groups belonging to the UI, in which they are; D+tec, Eulogos, Ginnova, Gese, Gess, Gmae, MYSCO, Naturatu, P+TIC, Rastro Urbano, Unidere, Zoon Politikon. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to make visible the conceptions of RD and the contribution to the commitment to RD. From the particularity of the official documents of the research groups. Analyzing together with the researchers the information provided by these documents. The conclusions of my work will contribute to the development of the first specific objective of the project ¨Co-construction of a Regional Development Model of the University of Ibagué. To clarify the conception that the agents of the UI have on the DR.

Therefore, focus your objectives so that you contribute to the Regional Development (DR) in its entirety, identifying and measuring the positive effects that can be implemented in the region. This project has the purpose of evidencing the conceptions of DR that are found in the official documents of the dependencies of the UI, being this one aspect of the project "Co-construction of a Regional Development Model of the University of Ibagué" to finally contribute to the development of one of the specific objectives of said project. In this document we will be able to show the problem by which this research was initiated, thus forming some general and specific objectives which will give us the guide to know where we want to go, a contextual framework with which it is understood how the University of Ibagué and how it is organized, then a theoretical framework where different authors define "Development", this being a key word in our research, followed by a conceptual framework, with definitions of key words such as Regional Development, Dependencies and Conceptions, the methodology with which we will develop the research and finally the chronogram and bibliography.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoConcepciones que emergen de los documentos oficiales de la Universidad de Ibagué (el proyecto educativo institucional, el plan de desarrollo institucional 2014-2018 y los estatutos generales de emprendimiento) sobre el desarrollo regional(Universidad de Ibagué, 2019) Quesada Salazar, María Alejandra; Peñaloza Farfan, Leidy Johanna; Sanabria Gómez, Hans SuleimanThis project aims to explain the conception of Regional Development (RD) contained in The University of Ibagué official documents (Institutional Educative Project, 2014-2018 Institutional Development Plan and the Entrepreneurship General Statutes). The purpose of this is to identify the University's inout to its mission as Educational Institution "Committed with the Regional Development" through information tracking using content analysis as methodological tool. We will take into account three language levels which, will help to construct the results we are aiming to find. The first level is the superficial level, where we carried a description of the information. The second level is analytical. This level allowed us to classify, order and to carry out a categories construction. The final level, the interpretative level in which, we carried the comprehension and the sense construction of the issue to solve. In the investigative process and after carrying the difference stages of the project, we can conclude that the University based on the official documents, does not have a clear conception of Regional Development really is. This slogan appears in its mission and it is taken as a compromise but there is not evidence of a common language for official use. We based our investigation in previous knowledge, presenting that is of vital importance for the University to have a clear conception of what Regional Development is, which, will enable the institution to provide an integral education that contributes to the region and fulfills its missional objective.
