The objective of this research is to determine the online consumer profile of the X generation in the entertainment category, using the different segmentation variables; given this, it can be specified with the results obtained, that generation X does use e-commerce in this category. In fact, this generation prefers convenience and ease of purchase, recommends its experience with friends, families and even on social networks and considers that it finds a variety of products and prices in these media.
