The report focused on the business line of bespoke clothing or personalized sewing, as it is the line with the highest growth within the company's total sales. The first part of the report describes the issues related to the nature of the problem and the research that was carried out, then the application of the Business Diagnostic Module was developed by the teacher Paula Rodríguez, in order to perform a situation analysis and Finally, marketing strategies and programs were proposed so that the company could achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set.

Within the development of the work, the problem to be investigated is detailed, seeing it as a business opportunity. It also describes the background of the research, the origin of the cereal (granola) and components. It specifies the presentation of the business plan and product, the strategic platform, market aspects, technical and production aspects, organizational aspects and finally the financial aspects are presented. The financial study refers to the investment plan, the determination of income and costs, the financing, the cash flow and the financial indicators are detailed.
- PublicaciónRestringidoPlan de negocios Fruit Life(2019) Viña Sánchez, Laura Camila; Tamayo Castelblanco, Nicholl Valentina; Ortiz Morales, Gloria LeonorThis work carried out the market, technical, organizational and financial feasibility study of the Fruit Life business idea, which produces, and markets minimally processed sliced fruit, covered with a Nano-emulsion of omega 3 and antioxidants, in order to provide benefits to consumers through functional foods that contain essential oils and nutrients for the human body. Oils and nutrients are extracted from plants and added through nanotechnology, improving the health and quality of life of consumers. In addition, it is a fourth-range product, ready for consumption, this makes it easier for the consumer to prepare their food and saves time in their daily routine. With this business model, we want to generate an impact in areas of unemployment and boost the agricultural sector in the region, through fair and inclusive trade to contribute to the development and sustainability of the Tolima region. At the same time point to current trends, some of them are the consumption of functional foods that are beneficial to the body and that allows the consumer to improve their health and quality of life. Additionally, the product has added values such as the addition of omega 3 and the prolongation of the fruit's shelf life, which allows it to have a competitive advantage in the market.

Said business plan is carried out using descriptive research that will show us the viability of the project, which must be dynamic and sustainable. Likewise, in the development of the work, the different external variables that affect the creation of a new company are described, in addition to specifying the strategic platform and the marketing mix that will guide the company to achieve its objectives.

For the development and presentation of the Business Plan, market aspects, technical aspects, environmental aspects, financial, economic and social aspects were analyzed, which allowed analyzing and determining the viability of this project. Within each of the chapters presented in the business plan, the viability of the operational start-up will be determined. It is important to clarify that the business plan has an important economic-social component. All studies are supported by theories generally accepted in the academic world.
- PublicaciónRestringidoPrincipales factores que limitan la puesta en marcha de los emprendimientos en la ciudad de Ibagué observados en el periodo de tiempo 2017-2018(Universidad de Ibagué., 2019) Guerrero Bahamon, Lina Alejandra; Ortiz Morales, Gloria LeonorThe objective of this research was to identify the main reasons why entrepreneurs in the Ibagué city, who structure business ideas and participate in contests, do not continue the entrepreneurial process until the creation of their companies. After applying the previously validated instrument to more than 100 students of the University of Ibagué, and expert advisors of the Tolima’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, composed of universities, entrepreneurs and public-private institutions, with interests in entrepreneurship, we can identify that one of the main causes by which entrepreneurs generate ideas and do not create companies is due to the cultural factor. This is based on the fact that Tolima has been an agricultural department for tradition and this situation has contributed in large part to the failure to develop an entrepreneurial spirit in people. Unlike cities such as Manizales and Medellin, Ibagué has not been able to consolidate an ecosystem of entrepreneurship due to the lack of articulation between the private sector, public and academic, which is why subsistence entrepreneurship predominates in our department. Within the research results we can detect that on average the people of Ibagué who have family support for the development of business initiatives amounts to only 33.7%. This factor is of paramount importance because family support is essential for the creation of a business. Among the recommendations proposed in the research is the construction of an entrepreneurial ecosystem because it will allow the participation of the Triple Helix providing opportunities to all entrepreneurs in the region and not only to who have the opportunity to access higher education.
