As a contribution to the development of the city of Ibagué, the mayor's office and the development plan that undertakes one of the objectives it seeks is to recover and expand the cycle-infrastructure. In order to be able to contribute to the development and growth of the city, generating new opportunities for people who use their bicycle every day. The objective of this project is to propose the design and construction of a type-infrastructure cycle; segregated cycle-band at the motorized traffic road level by devices for the same and in a unidirectional direction, for greater ease in crossing pedestrians and fewer intersections in the design. This implementation is aimed at the southern area of the city of Ibagué that will seek the union of the segregated cycle-band already existing in the railway avenue and likewise give an extension for the south of Ibague with Carrera 1a south, Carrera 2 south, Race 4 south, Carrera 9 south and 20 street to the Military Canton Cr. Jaime Rooke, with a distance of 5393.435744 meters (one way and return journey). The design of this cycle-infrastructure will be carried out based on the (Guide of cycle-infrastructure for Colombian cities, 2017) and (Manual of Road Signs in Colombia, 2015). Also taking into account the existing designs in the city. To obtain in greater detail, a better diagnosis and critical points before and after the transformation of the road. After the pre-design of our band cycle, we will analyze the budget and costs that the project could have, based on prices obtained from the internet and projects already carried out.
