This grade work has as objective the development of the tool of a business diagnosis to the Optical total vision, which served to define the strengths and weaknesses of the company, besides a plan of improvement constituted by a matrix of activities and strategies to attack the weaknesses and needs found in each area, also the creation of a plan of execution of the results and execution of the execution of the execution of the activities. The areas of the company were evaluated with questions designed by the module of the business diagnosis, which were very punctual and effective to find that strengths and needs the company has. With the analysis process of the company, important results were obtained that with the implementation of the improvement plan can create a competitive advantage, attract new users, loyalty to frequent customers, increase their sales and finally generate greater profits for the owner. Finally in the work was carried out a strategic and operative plan that is proposed to the Optics Vision Total to execute, in order to be able to capture new users and increase their profits.
